**What do you like best about FCS Connect?**

You send and assign tasks in the fastest way that you can! Save yourself from a lot of hassle of calling, following up and escalations! You can keep track of the task and monitor everything until it is done by your runner. Most efficient and effective solution ever!

**What do you dislike about FCS Connect?**

Only when the system is down and under maintenance, you will have to manually assign tasks and this happens only once in a blue moon and does not even take hours. Not a hassle at all, all systems and solutions need maintenance so nothing to worry about!

**What problems is FCS Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fastest way to connect with different people from different departments. Makes my job fast and easy.

If the device assigned to do the job is not working or not connected. It would be better if there is a received receipt to know if the recipient received it

Being able to efficiently relay the multiple job requests to the concerned department
