Factoreal has really helped our team consolidate our customer profiles. Before Factoreal, we had all of our customer information scattered across different platforms. Now, we're able to see a clearer view of the entire customer journey, from where they found us to what marketing materials they've viewed to what they've purchased. Factoreal's email marketing system is very easy to use, coming from someone who is not very experienced with graphic design.
