the different modules, each bringing their own advantages. Whether it's community management or content planning. Everything in one tool with reporting to assess the impact. Awesome!
Onboarding was great and the integration was super easy too.

Currently, we are using the tool for simple content planning and reporting, but we will test out more functionalities and base our strategies on it.

Central content creation, planning, and distribution across different channels were our main pain points. Now it's about preparing better community management and then being able to conduct detailed analyses to plan even better content in the future.

A direct posting of Instagram Stories without having to become active yourself would be great, but it is probably simply not technically possible.

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 30 locations including our own profiles and four channels, setting up our community management manually is virtually impossible, despite having our own service center. Through Facelift, we have everything in one tool and can reliably answer customer inquiries.

**What do you like best about Facelift Cloud?**

We have been using Facelift intensively in our marketing team since the beginning of 2024 and are very happy with it. Content planning, community management and reporting have all become a lot easier and clearer for us thanks to Facelift!

After a long search and many tools that either lacked functions or were too complicated/ packed with uneccessary functions, Facelift finally offers everything we need. What's special is that the platform is still very intuitive to use and it's easy to find your way around the tool without needing that much practice.

If you get stuck, either the knowledge base is available with almost all the answers or you can get help from support in no time at all via the chat. You rarely get such quick feedback from contact persons and support, which is really practical! 

Some of our colleagues already knew Facelift "from before" and are particularly enthusiastic about the extensive further development of the functions. Feedback is definitely taken seriously here and the tool is continuously improved. We would definitely recommend Facelift!

**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

Some, few functions are still in Beta testing in the Facelift cloud and need some more improvements. But they are developing everything quickly and all the basic, necessary functions work perfectly fine, which is why this is no problem for us at all. Besides adding new functions now and then, they also keep improving existing functions.

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can plan content and do our community management for several social media channels in Facelift. This saves a lot of time because we don't need to log in to every single platform. Thus, we have everything in one place and it is easy and inuitive to use as well.

**What do you like best about Facelift Cloud?**

Unfortunately, there are currently no options for editing or creating images on the platform. Even minor adjustments to the UI, such as moving posts using drag and drop and the function to undo changes, still leave a lot to be desired. The onboarding process was fully supported by facleift. The support is also absolutely reliable. So far, there has not been a single question to which I have not received a satisfactory answer.

**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

Unfortunately, there are currently no options for editing or creating images on the platform. Even minor adjustments to the UI, such as moving posts using drag and drop and the function to undo changes, still leave a lot to be desired.

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facelift solves a very central problem that other platforms for social media management cannot solve: collaboration as an agency in social media communication can be almost completely mapped via this tool using various authorizations and approval strategies. In addition, the server location in Germany is important for some of our customers from the public sector, as they have to guarantee data protection. We work together with different departments on the platform to create content. The briefing function makes this process very simple.

**What do you like best about Facelift Cloud?**

The publisher module with calendar was our favorite and was also the most used. This made it easy to clearly display and publish all postings, even for users who do not use the platform regularly or are just starting to edit with Facelift. For recurring postings, the template function for postings is also very helpful, as it saves a lot of time when used.

**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

It would be great if there were an option to create folders in the media library and store images in the folders as needed. In our case, this would significantly improve the overview. Additionally, it is somewhat cumbersome that you cannot simply drag and drop already scheduled posts in the publisher to another day, for example, but instead have to pause the publication, select a new day/time, and then release it again.

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage is that with the help of Facelift, you no longer have to access individual platforms, but instead have everything on one page and can manage it. This provides us with a very good overview of all relevant channels we engage with when using Facelift. Before Facelift, it was always quite cumbersome in our company to make critical posts or posts that need to be answered by specialized departments accessible to the appropriate people. The ability to easily send the conversation to the appropriate people via email has significantly simplified the handling.

Facelift is undoubtedly the best product I have tested so far. Its simplicity and style are completely convincing. The tool is not only aesthetically pleasing but also extremely user-friendly. The ability to customize the dashboard is another plus. Furthermore, the customer service offers continuous support and regularly provides valuable tips as well as the latest extensions. The development of new tools is based on customer feedback, which underscores the company's commitment to user satisfaction. Overall, simply great, and the customer service is particularly fast and efficient. It was also easy to implement and integrate into our daily work routine. We use it every day not only to post content but also to manage campaigns, respond to customers, and analyze.

There is nothing I currently have that I don't like.

**What do you like best about Facelift Cloud?**

The tool is easy to use, very self-explanatory and intuitive and has many functions. Everything is possible in this tool, from planning to playout to analysis, and it fits our requirements perfectly and makes my life as a social media manager much easier by its dalily usage. In addition, the support is great and always helps quickly and provides solutions to any problems. The tool also runs very well and rarely has any faults or problems. And if a problem does occur, it is resolved and fixed very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

Unfortunately, I don't find it that easy to create reports or dashboards. To be honest, though, I haven't done this very often either and perhaps it just takes a little practice. We are also currently missing the function of being able to display LinkedIn posts with documents via the tool.

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a social media manager, it's not always possible to post at the right time. Planning content can also often be difficult. It is also important to analyse previous postings and activities in order to learn from them, implement the knowledge gained in the future and thus become even better. Facelift provides a good solution for all of this. By planning content in advance, it makes managing social media channels much easier and more flexible.

What I like most about facelift is that the tool is very versatile in its functions. It includes everything you fundamentally need to conduct successful social media marketing. In addition to support, we also have a personal contact person who is available to us at any time for questions and concerns.

Some minor features are not yet fully developed, such as engagement through the mobile app - here, functions like sentiment analysis, which are available in the desktop version, are missing.

Great client service! I work in an agency and it makes the daily work much easier, because I have a lot of different social accounts for different clients. Facelift helps me make everything more organized.

Sometimes the user interface is not ideal, but they are working on that.

I use Facelift daily to manage over 200 accounts. All accounts are always clearly presented. If problems do arise, the support reliably helps quickly and with dedication to solve the issue. Integration in over 100 locations is also possible through simple user management.

**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

There are rather few disadvantages; in terms of design and drag-and-drop functions, there is still room for improvement. Nevertheless, an update of the individual tools is currently being carried out, so that this will soon be possible as well.

Facelift is currently revamping the interface, providing a new and even easier-to-use look.

I have the option of planning my content plan well in advance. This means I no longer have to set reminders and actively think about it all the time. Once scheduled, Facelift does everything else by itself.

Unfortunately, the information about failed publications often results in incorrect error messages: In Facelift, for example, the error message is displayed for one of several accounts, but the post has often been published successfully when it is checked again.

We have 9 different locations and many Google and social media accounts. In Facelift we have a great overview and can collect and edit all comments and marketing plans in one tool.

Unfortunately, the interface with Instagram is still complicated. Scheduling stories works very well, but you can't yet schedule the links automatically. But that's sure to come 😊

A few months ago we began using Facelift at Myron in the customer service department. I love how easy it is to use and the best part is to have all messages, notifications, comments, etc, in one platform. Fully recommend.

It would be great if the items for each social media be of different colors (1 color per social media). That way it would be easier to identify where it is coming from. For example, all things coming from Facebook be blue, IG be pink, etc.

Before Facelift, we had to check all social media inboxes separately, but now it is easier because everything is on Facelift. It is a more efficient way to work. The team loves it.

Organization of Facebook Sites is not quite the same as different Networks, that is somewhat troublesome. The labeling framework could utilize some work It's not the least expensive but rather the best instrument. A few sections still need improvement

Once in a while we overlook that the apparatus is just in the same class as the individual utilizing it is great and quick, the Documentation is likewise excellent.

**What do you like best about Facelift Cloud?**

For us, the function of assigning to additional employees is essential for our work. This works great and is therefore the highlight of the tool for me. We also regularly use the approval function in the Publisher area in collaboration with our agencies and find it very good. The design of the cloud is very clear and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

The integration of GIFs unfortunately does not work. Also, user images in the inspector have not been displayed recently. This should be improved.

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We collaborate across multiple institutions in community management and therefore primarily use the assignment function of the cloud. We acquired the cloud for this purpose. The collaboration with our content agency also largely runs through the cloud.

Great product features that are constantly being updated and developed. Our feedback was always heard and incorporated when developing the platform. Solving our issues and making us feel as part of the development cycle. Also loved that when we first heard about a new Facebook or Instagram change the Facelift team would let us know that they had already started working on incorporating it in the platform. 


**What do you dislike about Facelift Cloud?**

The tagging system could use some work. Managing the tags on the comments and messages has always been a challenge for our community managers. In their day-to-day work, our community managers would manually tag the comments depending on the nature of the comment. Having an automated tagging system in place would make their job easier. 

**Recommendations to others considering Facelift Cloud:**

I would highly recommend Facelift as a tool and as a team. Sometimes we forget that the tool is only as good as the person using it. With the help of the Facelift team we have been able to make the most of the tool and optimize its use for our business. 

**What problems is Facelift Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facelift made it easy to manage comments and messages across all our clients social channels while at the same time allowing us to keep an eye on the performance of the moderators. The ease of use and fluid UX made it easy for our community managers to adapt to the tool and keep on using it everyday as an integral part of their work tools.

We have a lot of Social Media Pages on different Networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Google My Business) to supervise - with Facelift Cloud its now much easier to keep track. We do not need to have any User on each Platform. That saves time, because we do not need to make a lot of Accounts - we need only one Facelift Cloud Account for each User of the Social Media Teams in our Radio Stations in Northrhine-Westfalia, Germany.

Administration of Facebook Sites is different from other Networks, thats a bit difficult.

After the first Installation its easy to use, the support is really good and very fast, the Documentation is also very good.

Having all Channels in one Tool - from Facebook to Youtube. All in one.

The publisher is very comprehensive and makes life so much easier when you are working on multiple accounts and platforms.

The moderation module needs to be redesigned, it's a little confusing as it is now.

Besides the fact that it is saving us time for social media scheduling, the engagement module allows quick and easy to setup landing pages and microsites for games and other promotional campaigns.

Facelift enables to centrally and efficiently manage all activities on the social media like Facebook, instagram, Twitter, YouTube and mangy other channel. 
Also it is the secure way for social media marketing 
Dashboard is great feature so that can save time and easily analyse all KP.

It works great but I wish there could be better insights  and  some feature could be still developed.

Some features I would like to improve my experience on the tool can be Instagram publication. I would like also to send automatically reporting to my team. But there are new features each month on the platform, so perhaps soon.
