We have been using Facelift intensively in our marketing team since the beginning of 2024 and are very happy with it. Content planning, community management and reporting have all become a lot easier and clearer for us thanks to Facelift! After a long search and many tools that either lacked functions or were too complicated/ packed with uneccessary functions, Facelift finally offers everything we need. What's special is that the platform is still very intuitive to use and it's easy to find your way around the tool without needing that much practice. If you get stuck, either the knowledge base is available with almost all the answers or you can get help from support in no time at all via the chat. You rarely get such quick feedback from contact persons and support, which is really practical! Some of our colleagues already knew Facelift "from before" and are particularly enthusiastic about the extensive further development of the functions. But they are developing everything quickly and all the basic, necessary functions work perfectly fine, which is why this is no problem for us at all.
