I really like how F4e brings everything about performance management into one place. The platform makes OKRs, KPIs, and 360° feedback easy to track and connect, so you can clearly see progress. I also appreciate the peer recognition and rewards feature — it helps motivate the team and creates a more positive culture. There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes the platform feels a bit overwhelming at first because it offers so many features. It took some time for our team to learn how to use all of them effectively. A few more ready-made templates or onboarding guides would make the adoption even smoother.
