**What do you like best about F4e?**

I really like how F4e brings everything about performance management into one place. The platform makes OKRs, KPIs, and 360° feedback easy to track and connect, so you can clearly see progress. I also appreciate the peer recognition and rewards feature — it helps motivate the team and creates a more positive culture. The interface is intuitive, so managers and employees actually use it without feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about F4e?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes the platform feels a bit overwhelming at first because it offers so many features. It took some time for our team to learn how to use all of them effectively. A few more ready-made templates or onboarding guides would make the adoption even smoother.

**What problems is F4e solving and how is that benefiting you?**

F4e helps us move away from outdated, once-a-year performance reviews and replaces them with continuous, real-time feedback. By connecting OKRs, KPIs, and 360° feedback in one platform, we’re able to align individual goals with company objectives and track progress clearly. It also solves the problem of low engagement — the recognition and reward features encourage employees to celebrate each other’s achievements, which has boosted motivation and team culture. As a result, our managers spend less time on admin tasks and more time on coaching and development.

**What do you like best about F4e?**

I like it to be quick and practical. I can quickly translate something I do in the system.

**What do you dislike about F4e?**

Visually, it falls a bit behind. If more importance is given to visualization, it will be much better.

**What problems is F4e solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our problems in the 360-degree competency and Q-based target tracking in our performance system.
