It has been two months since we signed our contract, and we just went live with one app but there are still issues. The other module still needs work. We gave them our dates (all of which were missed). We have sporadic meetings with their different teams, but they don't help us or ensure all necessary steps are completed. Our CSM went on vacation for 10 days and gave us an 800# and the pooled CS email. I emailed it multiple times and no one got back to me. EventsAir is helping us simplify the complexity of managing a large-scale conference by centralising abstracts, registrations, and contacts in one platform. This integration saves time, reduces duplication, and makes the process much more efficient. While our 3-person panel abstract format has been a challenge, and the system doesn’t yet fully support this setup, we’ve implemented a temporary workaround.
