They can only have one login to complete forms for their client, which doesn't work. Also there's no way to download and send to people in PDF like format. **What problems is Eventflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of system means that I can update information as and when it becomes available. Add any urgent messages, not spend time sending out PDF manuals that don't have live links or anything. ### 2. Looking after multiple clients means this system can assist us in ensuring each is able to complete the relevant information prior to event. **What do you dislike about Eventflow?** There's not many! With new updates comes new challenges but after using the system, we tend to prefer the newer format. **What problems is Eventflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We find that it helps us with our client communication. Where we used to send out physical paper entry forms, Eventflow does this digitally. It also assist with any queries we would get via phone/email.
