From an end user perspective the biggest plus for me is the ease of use of the post verified vendor. That is once I see the green thumbs up it signifies to me that EFTSure verification has been successful and therefore the vendor banking details have been verified and the vendor is legitimate and therefore everything is green lit for payment approval. I heavily rely on the EFTSure verification when reviewing AP payments on a weekly basis. The product/software provides the AP team with a good balance of flexibility and controls. We've been impressed with the high hit rate on verification of supplier banking details (circa 80%). Additionally, we've also found a more efficient supplier onboarding process to the heavily manual process we had before eftsure was put in place. We are using eftsure daily, whether that is onboarding, or verifying payment ABA files, to changing of bank details for existing suppliers.

We enjoy the ease of use, and also the speed of which bank details are verified for those which do not already existing in the eftsure existing database.

The implementation process worked well and we had dedicated support people to help cleanse our existing supplier listing, and integrating this into the eftsure environment, and setting up templates for the various companies we have within our Group of companies. The setup process is managed by a dedicated Customer Success Manager and they offer support throughout the process with advise on loading up the initial Supplier list and setting up users, plus providing training to the team.

Once all setup up, having access to their supplier database means that most of the verifications are instant, and if they are a new supplier to EFTSURE, then you are able to request an urgent verification if the payment is time sensitive. It certainly gives you peace of mind knowing that the payment batches can be checked prior to loading into the bank for payment. It is particularly appreciated by our account signatories and gives them the added assurance that the payments will reach who they are intended to reach, and significantly reduces the likelihood of fraudulent bank details being used/uploaded. When we first joined EFTSURE in the early days, bank account verification could take a little longer as suppliers were not used to being contacted by EFTSURE, or knew much about them. EFTSURE have increased the efficiency of this process, plus as more suppliers are using EFTSURE now than ever before, they also understand the importance of a quick turnaround. What a brilliant piece of software! I was very cautious at first when I received a supplier onboarding invitation. The whole thing seemed so easy to fraud... until I actually clicked the link and went through their supplier onboarding experience. It’s incredibly clever, well thought out, and easy to use.

Years later, we're now paying for this software as a service and it’s 100% worth the Annual License Fees. We had a fantastic GoLive where I could call my support specialist ... which is so much quicker than emailing.

The best thing about EFTsure is the time it saves me. When we start trading with a new supplier, all I need to do is enter their BSB and Account Number into the EFTsure portal. If the account has been previously EFTsure certified, you can trust the banking information is accurate.
