Being able to contact someone to discuss any concerns that arise. Offers a number of options allowing you to customise to your organisation's needs. Its easy to use. **What do you dislike about eftsure?** Convincing Suppliers that the emails/calls from EFTsure are not suspicious. Using international suppliers is a little more time consuming. Sometimes their icons/comments need more information. However the team respond to any questions raised through the chat in a very timely manner. **What problems is eftsure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verification of new supplier's bank accounts as well as confirming change of bank details of existing suppliers. EFTsure recently detected and alerted us to a very sophisticated scam attempt that could have potentially lost us a lot of money. They immediately notified us to stop any possible payments, quickly and efficiently investigated the scam and we were then able to contact our supplier alerting them to the scam attempt before it could advance further. Both the supplier and ourselves were very relieved with the outcome and grateful for the work done by EFTSure. ### 6. Additionally, the integration of eftsure with our bank is extremely beneficial, eliminating the need to upload the payment file into eftsure separately for verification. **What do you dislike about eftsure?** Due to the proliferation of suspicious and scam emails in recent times, one major drawback is that numerous suppliers approach the onboarding process with skepticism when reviewing the emails they receive. To address this issue, I have taken the initiative of sending an email to suppliers, notifying them in advance about the onboarding email they will be receiving and reassuring them that it is legitimate, not a scam **Recommendations to others considering eftsure:** EFTSure offers an enhanced level of security for your EFT payments, ensuring peace of mind. Once the setup is complete, the process becomes straightforward and user-friendly. We would gladly repeat it without hesitation. **What problems is eftsure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since implementing eftsure, we have experienced a significant boost in peace of mind, as we now have the assurance that all the EFT details entered into our payment system are accurate. On multiple occasions, after successfully onboarding new suppliers, we discovered they had inadvertently provided incorrect payment details on their invoices. Improving the communication capability between Supplier, Verification Officers and Eftsure Customer would streamline this process. **What problems is eftsure solving and how is that benefiting you?** More rigourous verification of new suppliers and changes to existing suppliers bank details has given us capacity to focus on more strategic objectives.
