Keep records of all our customers. Great for looking up inventory and customer receipts. I'm sure it does so much more that I don't even use being that it's not my department at work to use those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is that when a customer signs up for a new account online and it populates in ECRS it does not check the bill to box next to their mobile phone number which we need checked to run certain reports. These customers don't show up unless that box is checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
