**What do you like best about ECRS CATAPULT?**

Keep records of all our customers. Great for looking up inventory and customer receipts. I'm sure it does so much more that I don't even use being that it's not my department at work to use those features.

**What do you dislike about ECRS CATAPULT?**

What I dislike is that when a customer signs up for a new account online and it populates in ECRS it does not check the bill to box next to their mobile phone number which we need checked to run certain reports. These customers don't show up unless that box is checked.

**What problems is ECRS CATAPULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It populates accounts to use in our stores when customer sign up automatically, this way we don't have to manually do it ourselves.  This solves the problem of having to hire extra employees to do this over the phone with customer.
