With everything going digital, it was time to include credit card payments to our online ordering. Did some research and saw the good reviews with HitPay. Most importantly, I wanted to make sure that the portal was safe and secure for our clients as they input their confidential information. Onboarding was a breeze. Just submitted the requirements and a brand manager reached out to me a couple of days later. Adding HitPay to our website was also very easy. We had a minor hiccup at the checkout as there was error but our brand manager quickly informed IT and it was resolved within a day. I started using Hitpay as my payment gateway for my website. The sales person Leah was very accommodating and answered my questions before and after I transitioned to them. Even months after that, when I had an issue (Which turned out to be the customer's end), Leah was patient and got back to me ASAP.

Then, when my merchant bank decided to take back my cc machine, I reached out to Leah again. She gave me a few options and I went with purchasing the wisepad3 terminal.

And, their app is quite easy to use and now I have been using their app as my POS whenever I do pop ups.

Been using HitPay for almost 2 years. The interface is so intuitive and easy to use. The payment link and invoicing processes are efficient and effective. They have beeen a great help for my accounting process. This goes for both web and app interfaces. My clients also find it easy to use to make payments. As a pop up vendor where at times, we have customers who prefers to pay by credit cards, having Hitpay is a saviour! It is so easy and convenient to use. The device is small and convenient to carry around and all you need is bluetooth to connect. And payout is also fast, usually within a week. When adding a new recurring plan to a new customer, unless the customer has setup their credit card, the scheduled payment will never go through.
