Did some research and saw the good reviews with HitPay. Most importantly, I wanted to make sure that the portal was safe and secure for our clients as they input their confidential information. Onboarding was a breeze. Just submitted the requirements and a brand manager reached out to me a couple of days later. Adding HitPay to our website was also very easy. We had a minor hiccup at the checkout as there was error but our brand manager quickly informed IT and it was resolved within a day. The sales person Leah was very accommodating and answered my questions before and after I transitioned to them. Even months after that, when I had an issue (Which turned out to be the customer's end), Leah was patient and got back to me ASAP. Then, when my merchant bank decided to take back my cc machine, I reached out to Leah again. She gave me a few options and I went with purchasing the wisepad3 terminal. And, their app is quite easy to use and now I have been using their app as my POS whenever I do pop ups.
