It's so simple to search for email! I work at a law firm, so we're constantly being asked to find this or that email. Barracuda provides easy to understand instruction, which can get a beginner up to speed quickly. The web interface is laid out well and the controls are intuitive. There are some rules to searching that you need to know before you get started. For instance, putting all of your "or" searches before the "and" searches.
