What do you like best about Barracuda Message Archiver?

What do you dislike about Barracuda Message Archiver?

There was a long-standing issue with speed. But that seems to be fixed now. I can't say I dislike anything in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Barracuda Message Archiver solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had quite big mailboxes and were running into limits of Office 365 Business licenses. So we had to archive or extend our Office 365 licenses. We are also quite sure that in case of emergency, we can find this lost mail somewhere. We had the issue that a sales person left and erased all his email. 2 years later, we needed an email for a disputed invoice. We found it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
