"Easy Setup for Microsoft 365"

What do you like best about N-able Mail Assure?

Setting up the Mail Assure is quick and easy especially for Microsoft 365. Even someone without any experience in integration can simply look at the guide and be able to do it. I like how fast and easy it is to integrate the domains and mailboxes for Microsoft 365 without complexity. And this is not just for Microsoft 365 but for Google workspace as well. It doesn't have the same level of integration as M365 but setting it up is also quick and easy.

Another thing is that the dashboard, with the bar and pie charts is easy to understand so you can quickly analyze the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?

I am just not comfortable with the way Mail Assure uses MX records to catch emails. As an attacker there are ways to avoid this like direct to IP attacks so I still need to think of a strategy on how to remediate holes like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Spam Filtering with 365 Syncing"

What do you like best about N-able Mail Assure?

Mail Assure provides spam filtering and integrations if you already use the N-Able platform. They offer 365 syncing so you don't have to remember to add new users to the spam filter. Its easy to go through logs and find mail being blocked and you can do advanced searches once you have a message ID in order to see the reason why specifically it was blocked. There is a self service portal for end users but its not intuitive for them usually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?

It really comes down to service support and the billing side of N-Able. Their support is slow to respond if you can get them on the phone thats the best way. We've found they create hidden charges making it difficult to pass these things on to your client. Cancelling services has also been difficult with things coming back into the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing a contiinutiy platform for email. If we have an outage whether it be on-prem or in the cloud Mail assure will queue that mail and when the email server comes back up it releases that queue. So things don't end up in the dark beyond of the web. It also provides spam filtering and does an ok job at filtering out nefarious things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about N-able Mail Assure?

It can manage unlimited ammount of emails, also there are no cap for adding emails for filtering Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major problem i faced is to connect to their IT support, it requires to tag a ticket in their portal which needs to be logged in first and there are no direct email to contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about N-able Mail Assure?

N-able Mail Assure is one of the best email security platform that anyone can find. This platform provides best support and features. I have used it for a year almost but i never get a problem while using it. The main features of this software is actually the anti-phising protection that it gives. As a fellow user of N-able Mail Assure, I can tell you it's been a game-changer in terms of email security and peace of mind. Here's what I appreciate most:

1. Blocking the Bad Stuff: Emails are my lifeline for work and staying connected. But they're also full of nasty stuff like phishing scams, spam, and malware. N-able Mail Assure filters these threats like a ninja, catching almost everything before it reaches my inbox. It's like having a super-powered spam bouncer on duty 24/7!

2. No More Phishing Fears: Phishing emails are sneaky, trying to trick you into giving up personal information or clicking on malicious links. What do you like best about N-able Mail Assure?

The branding is certainly the only positive option of this service.

For those looking a white SAAS service, they do have it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?

- Poor technical support

- Poor interface management

- Not convenient to retreive email archives

- And the WORST : they do have huge problem to respect the invoicing process resulting in multiple occurences of over billing and our bank account has been withrawn on two occurences for amount way above the amount due. Which is totally unnacceptable.

- Impossible also to reconciliate the amounts withdrawn from our bank account with their invoices.

- Getting our money back has been a colossal amount of emails and time.

You want to lose your time and reputation ? Go with these guys.
