It's so simple to search for email! I work at a law firm, so we're constatly being asked to find this or that email. Barracuda provides easy to understand instruction, which can get a beginner up to speed quickly. The web interface is layed out well and the controls are intuitive. There are some rules to searching that you need to know before you get started. For instance, putting all of your "or" searches before the "and" searches. Our depts has been on this for a few years now and love it. Biggest reason is due to the fact that we dont need to host it so it is once less server we have to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
