We have specific needs for our retention efforts and so many of the options out there are too broad or generic. Jatheon is able to get as granular as we need and they have a plethora of ways to do it. It's very easy to build policies and for end users to access. Additionally, the service and support I have received from Jatheon is outstanding. The sales team was helpful without being pushy, the support team has answered every question I've had in a timely fashion, and the implementation has been very smooth. The support team guided me through integrating our MS365 tenant and loading the legacy data.
