Transferring existing archives is very easy and straightforward, and setting up clients with no existing email archive is quick too. I also like that their support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, which has been very helpful in the setup process. Cryoserver ensures that our most sensitive communications are securely archived and easily accessible. It's helped us combat oversized mailboxes and reduce inbox clutter. It offers smooth integration with Outlook, providing our users with peace of mind knowing that their data is both protected and organized. It was very easy to implement and had minimal user friction. I couldn't recommend it enough. Our colleagues use it all the time. The support was very helpful in assisting our transition from the on-premises Cryoserver product to the cloud version. **What do you dislike about Cryoserver?** The user interface could do with some modern refinement. It's not difficult to use. it's just lacking in the style department. **What problems is Cryoserver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft provides 20GB of mailbox storage. This doesn't last a great amount of time. Having all our emails back to cryoserver means our users don't need to hoarde emails! Initially, we used physical servers running Windows Server, but at this point, Ubuntu Linux is fully virtualized. We had no problems at our Disaster Recovery Sites or Head Office during the relocation, which was incredibly simple. It's amazing how well the two sites replicate. The integration mail server is very straightforward steps and not complex at all. Because it is a web interface, the product is very simple to use and fast and dependable from the user's point of view. The user can easily search through and download his old emails to a PST, and the download capability has been improved over time. The service provided by Cryoserver is among the best I've found. Every engineer I have dealt with is extremely knowledgeable and quickly handles any issues or requests. A pleasant connection with Outlook HTTP Form is present. **What do you dislike about Cryoserver?** Nothing is precise; in my opinion, they can do a better job on the Microsoft Outlook interaction. **What problems is Cryoserver solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Users can easily find their archived email that were deleted from their inboxes. - It meet our compliance regulations. - Easy to manage and doesn’t need too much administration. ### 9. Easy to implement with comprehensive documentation and good customer support, provides rapid and secure mail retrieval even with hundreds of thousands of email on the backend. Comprehensive search criteria & mail retrieval options. Reliable and easy to use with traceable history and full transparency to other admins using the data guardian feature. Simple, self explanatory & uncluttered interface is easy to use and the ability to add users with granular access control allows for delegation without sacrificing security. Quick and helpful customer support via email, although we've rarely needed to use it outside of assistance with configuration changes as it just works, and from memory, we've had no notable downtime over the course of nearly a decade. It was always a major headache hunting for an email if a user had left the business and no longer has an archive or similar, this makes finding things a breeze and means that no longer do I have users burdoned with large unmanageable mailboxes dating back years and full of folders. Once Crysoerver is setup you can lease it as it is as you get notifications when disk space are running low giving you enough time to raise a support call. Cryoserver support is one of the best I have come across. All the engineers I have worked with are very knowledgable and resolve any requests / incidents swiftly. There are plenty of KB articles on their website which I have found helpful. **What do you dislike about Cryoserver?** I have not experienced any issues with Cryoserver service. **What problems is Cryoserver solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is logging all emails for user which we can go back on if and when required. Cryoserver has been critical to us and our customers for emails which have been deleted from users inbox. These specific emails are gathered over a certain period to be manually imported into Cryoserver but are few and far between. **What problems is Cryoserver solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had huge Office365 shared mailboxes reaching their 100GB limits in addition to purchasing additional O365 Exchange online licenses to allow infinite archiving so email data would not be lost. This meant slow Outlook clients for our users where multiple connections were going out to the O365 cloud and mailboxes just being too big in general. Since introducing Cryoserver to our organisation, we've been able to adhere to email data retention policies by reducing mailbox size and being able to remove additional Exchange online licenses as we can now archive everything in Cryoserver.
