Mimecast Mailbox Continuity has allowed our business to continue work even when our Exchange Server went down effortlessly. The security protection is first class. What problems is Mimecast Mailbox Continuity solving and how is that benefiting you? To have the ability to effortlessly transition to Mimecast Continuity has helped us a number of times, especially when our Exchange Server was unavailable. Switching to Mimecast Continuity is as simple as clicking on a button. Emails sent appear to the recipient as if it came from our server. This works well with onsite and Office 365 Exchange servers. What do you dislike about Mimecast Mailbox Continuity? it can be a little confusing when setting up certain policies. also some of the naming of certain things is strange. For example, if you were to want to add something to your "white list" or "Permitted senders list" you go to profile groups? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mimecast Mailbox Continuity solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest benefit for us is the archiving piece of mimecast. The mimecast email archiving feature is incredibly easy to use. Re-visiting archived emails is as easy as just going to your top bar and searching for a key word or words. Unfortunately there has been serious grumblings amongst our users just because it is more work to get all the emails... but the benefits of this outweigh the cost for sure. "100% up time on Emails when twinned with an Email Provider. " 4.5/5 What do you like best about Mimecast Mailbox Continuity? Connects to most Mail boxes seamlessly, I use Exchange for Business Emails and it adds into the top tool bar for easy integration. In the event of a Mailbox going down I can continue to access business emails without experiencing downtime. I can also retrieve emails from the archive in around ten seconds. The only comment I would suggest is that Mimecast hold emails if deemed unsafe and even if some emails are safe. It would be preferable to have a notification more frequently as and when ''unsafe emails'' are received so that they can be inspected in Mimecast's Sandbox Environment, suppose its better to be safe than sorry.
