Now that we have been on this for enough years, I no longer have to wade through on-prem Exchange backups when we get email record requests. What used to take from hours to weeks of restoring environments to pull back data from years past is now done within a few minutes. The implementation was seamless and done with support assistance which was great. Even though we don't use this every day, its great to know it's available and ready to get the job done. I cannot say that there is a downside to this product as it works great. The time it may take to pull the data can seem long, but in reality that is to be expected when you may be combing through 7 years of email! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
