I am a single provider practice and was looking for an economical and beneficial way to protect my clients information that was also user friendly as some of the technology is challenging to understand. Initially I was going to have to use two different platforms to accomplish this until I found out about Paubox. They made it very easy to onboard, great tech support, answered ALL of my questions in a very timely manner, and allowed me to easily create new safe forms for my clients right on their platform. The only struggle I had initially was with the forms-- It was not easy to read forms after a client completed them. However, I reached out and they immediately responded with a fix and said they new this problem existed and were actively working on making it easier for their clients.
