The way DraftSales offers a real-time scoreboard and personal statistics/metrics made this a competitive and immersive experience! **What do you dislike about DraftSales?** The product had a few issues integrating some of the correct stats from Salesforce. Not a huge deal as long as you have someone who can check the scores and stats every day to make sure they are on point. **Recommendations to others considering DraftSales:** Could have a better user experience (ease of use) **What problems is DraftSales solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool made work competitive, fun, and exciting to be a part of and those are not normally words used to describe work. Overall, everyone was more motivated and production on the sales floor increased rapidly. ### 2. It allows the seamless application of our metrics in their gamified system. The result is a highly motivated sales period. **What do you dislike about DraftSales?** DraftSales, like most great platforms, just needs some refinement. The navigation system is valid, and the website's infrastructure looks great. From here, I hope they add more competitive-oriented features to further engage us. **What problems is DraftSales solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits of using DraftSales has been proven before my time at my company. We've utilized it during sales periods, and I'm told it reaps great success regarding productivity. I'm looking forward to an extremely motivated and productive sales competition in March! ### 3. I had started to lose motivation and needed something to give me a kick in the butt. **What do you dislike about DraftSales?** There were a couple of instances where it took a while for our stats (calls, connects, conversations, etc.) to show correctly in Draft Sales, but other than that, it was great! **Recommendations to others considering DraftSales:** Go all in! Do whatever you can to keep your team motivated. **What problems is DraftSales solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me personally, I have been able to solve my issue with being motivated. I was getting bored and stagnant, and Draft Sales helped me get back to where I needed to be. Competing on teams and against my coworkers has been so much fun and has really changed my mindset on work. ### 4.
