## Docsvault Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Assistant Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Docsvault?**

It converts the text for you which is very high quality.

**What do you dislike about Docsvault?**

The search feature is a little spotty. It brings up more than what I'm looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Docsvault:**

If you play around with the settings - it calls up exactly what you need, most of the time.

**What problems is Docsvault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it a lot easier having all our documents in one place. We can keep these documents forever instead of in a filing cabinet.

  ### 2. Excellent storage software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Docsvault?**

Easy to organize and categorize documents

**What do you dislike about Docsvault?**

it's not always easy to figure out where features are located.

**Recommendations to others considering Docsvault:**

Consider whether you need a cloud based document storage product or whether a desktop/network version will suffice.

**What problems is Docsvault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy retrieval of any documents needed by multiple users. In addition, multiple employees can work on a document and there is a trail of changes made to the file. Docsvault stores multiple versions of the file so you can go back and see how a previous version looked. You can also include notes on each version to indicate what changes/updates were made.

  ### 3. Best Document Management System I've seen!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Managing Partner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2016

**What do you like best about Docsvault?**

Simple, easy to use, reliable document management solution.

It's light weight and runs in-house, so we aren't relying on a cloud provider to store our data. We can share files with clients using secure links with passwords and expiry dates. We are just now digging into work flows, but they seem pretty powerful!

Works great in Terminal Services for remote users like our accounting company!

On the few occasions when we needed it, support has been great!

**What do you dislike about Docsvault?**

A little expensive, but so is everything else in this space. They are below average, for sure!

It would be nice if the software client worked remote - you're stuck in a web browser if you're working remote, but the browser client is pretty slick!

**Recommendations to others considering Docsvault:**

Going paperless is expensive.... no doubt about it... but don't do it with the wrong vendor. Docsvault is a GREAT product, and they offer a free trial... Go check it out!

**What problems is Docsvault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organized Document management, and attempting to go paperless
