DocMeIn is a web-based platform for automating online bookings that also offers patient and physician records management, scheduling and recurring appointments, appointment reminders via email and SMS, and alert generation. However, the most outstanding aspects are the self-service portal for patients and the clinical history of patients. Additionally, this tool is very v and adaptable so it can be used by various professionals, not only in the medium field that requires the attention of patients or clients. On the other hand and very easy to use, does not require a learning curve because its design is very friendly, is highly customizable and I love the color scheme that I can adjust according to my tastes and needs, for the creation of appointments and services offered. I was pleasantly surprised when I started using this program, because as it is free I thought, should not be so complete, but I'm wrong it is really good, easy to use and very effective, however I would like the development of a mobile application, which should charge to purchase, but that facilitates the management of appointments, allowing us to access the system via mobile application, because while it is true we can enter through the web browser of the smartphone with the Apps , would be more practical and manageable.
