That security is its differentiating factor. What I like the most is also the price, to be honest. It's not very expensive and offers several storage plans.Finally, despite being a relatively new and small platform, it provides excellent customer support. **What do you dislike about doccle?** It is only available in very few countries, and users who have to use it from other parts of the world encounter many problems, especially with the integrations it has with other platforms like ebox. Also, the interface and user experience it offers are still very rudimentary, and the platform feels very outdated and simple. **What problems is doccle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security. It is a platform with high security standards that make it reliable. It also has a panel that makes it very easy to view and manage all the direct debits from the platform. ### 2. Organizing: Documents can be categorized into different folders, tags or labels, making it easier to locate when required. 3. Reminders & Notifications: It gives timely reminders of payment due dates, which helps us stay on top of our deadlines. 4. Multiple Service Collaboration: It allows integration with various other service providers making it easier to manage things. **What do you dislike about doccle?** 1. Customer Support: They can sometimes be slow & unresponsive. I've witnessed delays in getting issues resolved. 2. Mobile App Drawbacks: The mobile application lacks certain features, which sometimes becomes inconvenient for me, who majorly uses mobile phones. 3.
