    "Easy and Accurate Email Tracking: I trust Yesware way more than other tools when it comes to REAL email opens. Yesware only show's a notification if the prospect opens the email and doesn't get triggered by your own opens when reading your emails after the fact. Yesware also shows the device type and location that the prospect opened from which is really nice. Other email trackers count an open if anyone, including yourself clicks on the email. The other email trackers are hard to tell whether it was a true open or not."

    "LOVE GROOVE!: I love being able to see who is viewing my emails, create standard templates emails and the ability to send out emails and know which emails get bounced back. not sure why i have to type more words to get a higher word ccoount. The biggest benefit has to be the template emails to clients. Save me so much time from having to type all the information. for some reason i cant by this screen unless i keep typing words thiat is kinda weird it keeps showing me this page. iin oreder to get a green check mark it looks lie i have to keep typing and using words likes, dislikes, recommendations. woe. "

    "Excellent Product and Customer Service: Once you've learned how to use Conga, it becomes a very helpful tool. Conga is incredibly flexible, so more than likely you'll be able to accomplish any document-creation goals with it. Also, customer support is excellent. There are some helpful resources online for some simpler issues, but the Conga support staff are incredibly helpful if you need more assistance with anything."

    "Better control when handling documents in good shape.: I like that it allows to work the payment processes in a comfortable way, and that its file converter shows fast results. In addition to that I liked the templates that are predetermined to create different types of documents, since it allows me to have a variety of options to choose from. It seems to me that its tracking function for the progression of each task is detailed and easy to delineate; In this way I can maintain a systematic order of each action.     "LeanData is my favorite vendor to work with: It's an easy to use in app solution which has replaced much of our SFDC automation. The graphical format is very useful for understanding and troubleshooting our setup. I also appreciate the ability to copy flows and quickly restore or apply temp automation needs. Audit logs are immensely helpful, and one-time routing option is something we use often. Basically the tool is a massive time saver! In addition, everyone that I've worked with at LeanData from our CSM to our IC and all Support staff is down to earth, highly capable, and incredibly responsive. It's so refreshing to not have to repeat myself in explaining our needs/issues to get things done (as with some vendors). I'm super happy with the solution and the support! Ten stars!"

One thing I need to brush up on (but it's easy to refresh my memory) is creating the logic that connects questions to specific questions.     "Awesome experience using ConnectLeader!: ConnectLeader has been an amazing tool to help me enhance my prospecting game. I would previously spend an hour hand-dialing through Salesforce or Excel and get a maximum of 50 dials completed. With CL I am able to power-dial and get upwards of 200 dials in that time frame. It has greatly increased the amount of prospects I get in touch with, and in turn the amount of meetings I'm able to schedule. The support team was very diligent and helpful in the set-up and training process and well, making sure I was fully trained on the product and ready to jump right in and use it successfully."

    "Add hours to your day : I love how easy it is to upload a list and go. You can also change the phone number so if you are calling from you cell and want people to call back your office line the called ID will change to the number you want them to dial. It saves so much time not having to dial each number, we make a ton of calls in this business and I don't know what we did prior to this. "
