The flexibility and customizability of the solution stand out the most. We currently use the PIM as the central source of truth for all product information across product development, merchandising, and customer service. The workflows are especially valuable for streamlining internal processes—most notably the workflow which helps us move products efficiently from prototype stage to being live on the website. The DAM is also a strong component, allowing us to store and manage images, assembly instructions, PDF files, and product specifications at the item level. Overall, the UI is intuitive and continues to improve with each iteration. Equally important, our dedicated Digital Wave team is best-in-class—highly responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently available to support both day-to-day needs and more complex use cases. One minor limitation is the current inability to associate assets at the variation level rather than only at the parent item level. This can create extra steps when managing products with multiple finishes or configurations.
