**What do you like best about Qarma Inspect?**

I use Qarma Inspect for quality and compliance control within the Vanguard Furniture Company. It helps maintain a record of all factories and factory defects, which is really useful. I like using the corrective actions feature because it allows us to send actions back to the factory that need to be corrected before we go for re-inspection. This not only saves time but also helps document the inspection process so nothing is lost. Also, I found the initial setup quite easy, even though it did take about three to four months to set up the entire system with the Qarma team

**What do you dislike about Qarma Inspect?**

Nothing that I dislike. All features Qarma offers currently make our process easier to control.

**What problems is Qarma Inspect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qarma Inspect to maintain records of factories and defects, ensuring quality and compliance. It saves time with the corrective actions feature, which documents inspections and helps send action plans to factories for corrections before reinspections.
