The ease of implementation was smooth, and the platform integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, which makes it part of our daily workflow. The wide number of features—ranging from communities and discussions to knowledge sharing and announcements—ensures frequent use across different teams. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed, making the experience even better. Overall, Viva Engage provides a well-rounded solution for communication, collaboration, and employee engagement. **What do you dislike about Engage?** While Viva Engage is a useful platform, it can sometimes feel cluttered when multiple communities and discussions are active, making it harder to keep track of important updates. **What problems is Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viva Engage is helping solve the challenge of keeping employees connected and engaged across different teams, locations, and departments.
