**What do you like best about Engage?**

What I like best about Viva Engage is its overall ease of use and simple, intuitive design, which makes it easy for employees at all levels to adopt. The ease of implementation was smooth, and the platform integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, which makes it part of our daily workflow. The wide number of features—ranging from communities and discussions to knowledge sharing and announcements—ensures frequent use across different teams. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed, making the experience even better. Overall, Viva Engage provides a well-rounded solution for communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Engage?**

While Viva Engage is a useful platform, it can sometimes feel cluttered when multiple communities and discussions are active, making it harder to keep track of important updates.

**What problems is Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viva Engage is helping solve the challenge of keeping employees connected and engaged across different teams, locations, and departments. It provides a central space for open communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, which reduces silos and ensures important information is accessible to everyone. By integrating directly with Microsoft 365, it makes communication part of the daily workflow, increasing visibility of updates and announcements. This has benefited us by improving employee engagement, encouraging cross-team collaboration, and creating a stronger sense of community within the organization.

It's inclusive model. Takes feedback seriously for refining and shaping the product features

GenAI based agents coupled with a few auomation solutions can easily compensate for the output that engage offers as a solution

Reduced time and effort spent of Event Planning and focus on core aspects for value creation from the event

I enjoy the number of options for  cross-project collaboration as well as long term planning.

I think the platform could be easier to use for people outside the organization as well as the functionality

I am solving project management barriers and having all of the moving parts of the event in one place to track
