What do you like best about CrowdHandler?

The system handled our traffic spike perfectly during our annual, preventing it from crashing as it normally does. This was the first sale in 5+ years that did not crash our site, all thanks to CrowdHandler. We had a few questions during the installation and setup process, and tickets submitted to Crowdhandler were dealt with extremely quickly. What do you dislike about CrowdHandler?

What do you like best about CrowdHandler?

Firstly - I dont write reviews - but I felt compelled as this service saved us a fortune . We setup a website to handle a match between Care Homes and Volunteers to get gifts for residents of the homes . Our web hosting company wanted to charge me €150 for one day to increase Server resources to handle the incoming traffic we might get during some Media coverage spikes. I work in Enterprise Operations for a multi national , so was familar with IT and what we needed to do . Id used Queue systems for booking in the past but wasnt sure how to implement one. We have a WordPress site and found that CrowdHandler had a plugin - job done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdHandler?

It wasnt clear to me initially that I needed to switch on my "room" to handle incoming visitors - If i read the manual might have spotted it :) Not a lot to dislike.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CrowdHandler?

Needed help getting a waiting room up in a very limited time due to our site crashing when we launched a sale. Customer support was incredibly helpful and super fast to help me out. They got our waiting room setup and running FAST. Support from multiple agents and the tech team when I ran into issues, could not be happier with the customer service. We've used hundreds of different softwares over the years. And you rarely come across support staff like these guys. What do you like best about CrowdHandler?

We operate a ticketing platform that generally doesn't see huge spikes in traffic. We got last minute notice of an event going on sale the following day, with a huge demand for tickets. To err on the side of caution, a virtual waiting room was the best option, to ensure that we didn't overload our infrastructure and cause issues for users. After reviewing other platforms -- most of which had a very lengthy process for setup, including a mandatory sales call -- we found CrowdHandler. We were able to get an account set up in a couple of minutes and integrate changes into our website shortly after to begin testing.

We had some outstanding questions after completing setup and we were able to schedule a 7am call with Jake (2 hours before the on-sale time). Jake was great help and coming from a ticketing background was able to relate to the challenges faced. Jake provided good advice and answered any questions that we had before going live.

Since this on-sale, we left CrowdHandler operating on our site, based on a slow request threshold. This has already paid dividends. In the past week the unexpected announcement of a lineup for an event triggered a huge spike in demand, which we were able to handle comfortably with CrowdHandler.
