
I appreciate that Creditsafe provides more detailed information than Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), which influenced my decision to switch due to the cost and value of the information offered. The product is very user-friendly, making the setup process easy, with a representative who guided us through a presentation filled with lots of information. I particularly like the credit monitoring feature that alerts me if there's a negative change regarding a customer's credit, enabling me to take the necessary steps within my organization. The abundance of information about my customers' businesses and credit profiles, including details like Days Beyond Terms (DBT), credit recommendations, and related companies, helps me determine how much credit to extend effectively. I dislike that Creditsafe does not integrate with M1, which limits my ability to streamline processes between the two platforms. This lack of integration means I miss out on the efficiency that integrated systems could provide. Additionally, I find it problematic that I cannot search for a customer using their tax ID number within Creditsafe.
