**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

For me, the thing that I like the most, and what really sets Nuvo apart, are its people. The level of care and customer service you receive, is unmatched in this industry. Whatever you ask for, they don't say, "we can't do it," they say "how can we make it happen." It is the reason I've not only brought them on board at multiple companies I've worked for, but also why I have recommended them to numerous businesses. Miranda and Trevor are the best!

This comes through in how easy they make the onboarding and integration process. Not only do they work hand in hand with you to make sure the application process is just how you want it to look, they also take the time to train both your credit team, as well as your sales team, on how to utilize Nuvo's platform, and the new customer application link, making our customer's lives easier too.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

One thing I wish Nuvo had was a user override feature. Sometimes certain applications require us to make a call or send an email, and it is never an issue. However, I'd love to be able to be able to override things myself, without having to ask for Nuvo's help in that area.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nuvo streamlines our onboarding process. They make gathering new customer/onboarding information and documents seamless. It takes our turnaround on these applications from days to hours. The amount of time saved, and headaches avoided, cannot be stressed enough.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

Timing is everything. Grant, Account Exec, reached out to me on the same day I received a contract renewal offer from our primary competitor, Bectran. The renewal proposal included an 11% increase, which I was informed was non-negotiable. This situation opened the door for us to explore a far superior application, which provides the added benefits of Creditsafe reports as part of the standard package, along with credit management for our existing portfolio.

Why:
1. Nuvo's annual costs for the next three years are expected to be on par with the previous year with Bectran, leading to an overall cost savings of 11% year over year.

2. Nuvo's credit application is considerably more user-friendly for our customers, and this is the most important. Additionally, the credit analysts are enjoying the application, and there has been a time savings in decisions. Time is money! 
       - In the first month alone, I received positive feedback from both customers and our Sales teams.

3. Nuvo provides added security with its fraud detection checks, ensuring that we are working with legitimate businesses—a feature we did not have with the competitor.

4. Their bank account integration with Plaid is far superior to anything we have encountered in the application space. Currently, 60-70% of our customers are utilizing this feature, which not only assists with new applications but also enhances our future account credit management.

5. As previously mentioned, Nuvo includes CreditSafe, which will help us achieve future cost savings on credit services. We will be able to eliminate one of our credit service companies. Additionally, having CreditSafe will benefit our account credit management efforts because there is continuous score updates.

6. Nuvo can easily integrate into our ERP systems. This will allow us to upload data into it and thus reduce data entry. Nuvo is simplifying the onboarding process, and this is a cost savings!

Throughout my interactions with Grant and the Sales team, I frequently expressed to my CFO that everything felt too good to be true. Better user / customer-friendly system with cost savings. All proven to be true and, if I may say so, even better than expected. 

We had an aggressive six-week deadline to implement our new application since we were nearing the end of our contract with Bectran. To facilitate this, Grant assigned us an outstanding Customer Success Manager, Courtney Pardini. She successfully met this deadline with ease. During the six weeks, we had a “wrinkle” with one of our subsidiaries. Courtney came up with a suitable workaround and introduced it to their development team.  While we still need to complete a few more phases to finish the project, I have little doubt that these will be completed in the same efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

As mentioned in “like best,” we had an issue with the management of our Tax Exempt Certificates. Bectran has an automated email notification to the customer to supply updated information. I have been told this feature has been discussed at Nuvo and hopefully will be added. As mentioned, there is a workaround but we would prefer a permanent solution.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers are satisfied with the ease of use and time savings. Nuvo brings our 113-year-old company into the modern era. I highly recommend that any company consider Nuvo for their credit applications and credit management needs.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

Having a dedicated Nuvo representative has been invaluable. Fred is always quick to respond, consistently offers solutions, and provides helpful suggestions on how I can use the data dashboard to track application frequency, understand how the sales team utilizes this feature, monitor approval rates, and see the time saved through the software’s automated processes. From the very beginning, Fred reviewed our credit application workflow and paper forms, then set up an easy-to-use online application for our customers. We were operational within a day or two, and our sales team received personalized video training. The integration process was straightforward and fast, with no issues at all. I truly can’t imagine managing our credit application process without Nuvo as its foundation.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

My Nuvo representative consistently encourages me to share any feedback, whether positive or negative, and is always open to hearing about my experiences. Whenever I have concerns about the information layout or require different report data, he discusses my requests with his team, and together we find effective solutions. I feel that Nuvo truly values its customers, and every interaction with their team reinforces the sense that we are all collaborating to grow and enhance processes that benefit everyone involved.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nuvo has helped me reclaim valuable time by offering an automated solution for our credit analysis. I now use their software to review information that previously required navigating several different systems. With everything consolidated and organized in one place, I can assess customer applications more quickly and efficiently. This improvement in our accounts receivable process has played a significant role in enabling us to make better decisions. As a result, our department costs have gone down, and we are consistently meeting and even surpassing our KPIs for cash flow and AR collections.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

Nuvo has been a game-changer for organizing and managing the paperwork and licenses required to open an account. The platform is incredibly user-friendly—I can easily send reminders to potential customers or request additional information, and everything is tracked and logged for full visibility. This makes it simple to see how many times my team has followed up.
I also appreciate how quickly Nuvo’s assistance feature responds—it’s just a click away and always timely. New customers love the streamlined process, which is far quicker than the lengthy multi-page applications we used to send. Plus, credit checks can be completed instantly within the system.
One of the best features is its fraud protection, including address verification with the blue check system. Overall, Nuvo makes the entire process faster, safer, and more efficient for both my team and our customers.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

In the beginning it is a slow process to get your verbiage correct to avoid bottle necks that cause the customer to not be able to complete the application.  The other thing I found mildly bothersome was that I couldn't pick up the phone instantly to call if we were in a bind. All calls are scheduled zoom type meetings. That being said the assistance feature & email they are very responsive (take in consideration the time difference).

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are simplifying the onboarding process in which we would have to send multiple pages of application for a potential customer to fill out and ask they return with applicable licenses. More times than not the potential customer would not fill out something or not send a license.  This would cause a time-consuming back and forth.  Nuvo prevents this by not allowing customer to proceed unless required portions are completed or uploaded etc.  That way when I receive an application through Nuvo, I can set it up immediately, no back and forth, I don't have to perform a credit check, it is done for me already.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

Nuvo has been able to fully automate our new account processes and reviews are able to be executed much quicker than our previous process.  I love the fact that the platform reviews the customer's business name for verification to eliminate any fraud that could potentially be targeted. The platform itself is user friendly, and we are able to find the information needed fairly quickly.  It is also beneficial that we are able to communicate with the customer via the platform for any missing information and to describe to them exactly what we are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

There isn't too much that I do not dislike about Nuvo so far!  The only issue that has been encountered so far was a customer was not able to complete their application and was not able to get passed a certain point, nor were they able to figure out how to ask for the help that was needed, so we had to resort to our "old way" of processing the application.  (The customer was not able to determine how to get logged back in using the chat bubble.)
One other detail that was missing was when the application was approved by our management team, an email was not generated to indicate that the application was approved.  We are working with Nuvo to determine how that can be corrected.

Nuvo has been able to stream-line our new account process and pull all information necessary to onboard new customers to our brands.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

I like that the platform does fraud checks and makes sure the business information inputted is for the entity being onboarded. I like that I can ask questions to the support team and I get help the same day. I also like that our customers can also reach out directly to Nuvo for assistance - which usually gets them taken care of quicker than I could.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

We are used to being able to ask our internal programmer to program ANYTHING (we are transitioning from using an entire process that was build by the owner of the company to mainstream platforms for onboarding and accounting) that will help our customers or internal Puget staff with a smoother process. Having Nuvo is a huge benefit to us, but one of the cons that comes with it is that Nuvo sometimes isn't able to do something we request.

Some of our customers (EDU and GOV) are not able to sign - having an option without a signature would be of great use, especially since we do not need to run their credit report.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see up-to-date bank accounts, significant credit changes and having the entire onboarding process in ONE place is amazing. I like that the credit references and responses, as well as their credit score, documents are all in one spot.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

Nuvo has been a game-changing credit management platform for our team.  One of the biggest improvements we've seen is the drastic reduction in "busy work".  Tasks that used to require jumping between multiple systems are now consolidated into one clean, centralized platform.  From an ROI perspective, we have also seen a measurable increase in the credit lines we're able to extend, thanks to more complete, real-time data.  The built in credit monitoring feature adds another level of efficiency and visibility, helping us proactively manage risk without extra work.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

We had an issue with onboarding customers that had multiple branch locations using same EIN, but Nuvo was quick to listen to the concerns, and is currently working on development to support.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've seen a noticeable improvement in the speed of our credit application process. Nuvo takes care of the repetitive tasks, such as gathering essential data, organizing paperwork, and moving applications through the approval stages. This automation allows our team to dedicate more time to important decision-making rather than getting bogged down in administrative duties.

Nuvo has significantly reduced the time required to review and process our credit applications. Its layout is straightforward, making it easy to navigate and ensuring that all the information we need is conveniently organized in one secure location.

Because this is an online platform, we encounter occasional customers who are more accustomed to handling applications manually or on paper, and they can be somewhat hesitant about clicking a link or completing the application online. Once we explain that we use Nuvo to ensure that their information is kept safe and secure, customers are more comfortable proceeding.

At the moment, we are not experiencing any issues.  The Nuvo support staff are extremely helpful and made the implementation process quick and easy.  They are always available to trouble shoot or assist with answering questions when needed.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

I am really impressed with the NUVO system. It has streamlined my setting up customers and super helpful with credit decisions. I like that it verifies addresses and confirming the federal ID number. It provides updates on the current customers to help with deciding credit decisions. It is an all around easy platform. We use this system on a daily basis considering how many applications we get a day. The customer support is fabulous. Quick to answer and help.

Some of my customers have a hard time with moving on from section to section. So maybe some type of helpful hints to the help the customer.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

I enjoy that everything needed is right there, such as the tax exemption form, credit report, sect of state. I used to have to hunt these things down, so it makes things way easier and fast. I also like that it notifies the sales rep and the customer when the account is complete.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

The downside is it seems like it's hard for me to walk customers through when they are having issues with it, the way around it, is we have face timed so I can see exactly what their screen looks like. Also, there has been times where the company signs the terms with their business name and not an actual person's name, so instead of them being able to edit the signature, the whole Nuvo entry has to be erased and redone in order to get the correct signature. Also, have not figured out a way to add emails or how to explain to the customer how to do it, if they need to forward it to someone else at their company to complete the Nuvo. Also, I know this can be a customer user error, but what happens a lot is people are under the impression that the Nuvo is complete, yet they did not sign. I will say the reminders to complete this is helpful or when I pull it up, I will let them know I'm resending so they can sign.

I love how Nuvo saves my team a ton of time by automating customer credit applications, automatically pulling a Credit Safe report, and keeping everything all in one spot. I also love that it captures all necessary information, eliminating the need to deal with incomplete applications. The quick and easy access to customer information is fantastic, and their customer service is great. The online application lists all the pertinent information I need, making it available for quick reference, and we can upload tax forms and other documents. The chat feature is great because there is always a friendly, real person to help if I have any questions or concerns. The setup was quick and easy, making the transition smooth.

Sometimes other companies are hesitant to click on the link for credit references.

I process applications in Nuvo on a daily basis. Nuvo has significantly reduced the time required to process our credit applications. This has resulted in faster approval times for our customers, which is a great benefit. The platform is also very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. Additionally, the chat response time is impressively fast. Whenever I reached out with a question, I received prompt and helpful answers almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Nuvo. Occasionally, customers who aren't very comfortable with computers may find it challenging to navigate the steps, but this difficulty isn't due to Nuvo itself.

I use this online credit application multiple times a day, and it has been a game changer for my workflow.  it is fast reliable and has made everything run so much smoother.  what used to take extra time and effort is now quick and straightforward, all information in one spot.  Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to streamline their process and improve efficiency.  If there are ever questions the Nuvo team is more than happy to help!

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

The team that works at Nuvo. My support team Miranda and Allie and the best and very supportive. They are what helps make Nuvo easy and understanding.
It helped us streamline our workload, ease to use, they are always updating the site for easement and reporting functions. Customer support is 5 stars. Implementation was easy because they understood what you need and guided you. We use Nuvo everyday all day. When we were ready for integration, it was smooth and any issues was addressed immediately.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

At this time, not really anything. When we request for something to change for easement of viewing, they work on it to be able to provide something that works for all.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verifying applications, time savings in not having to do the work on contacting credit references, verifying that the credit references coming back are legit. Obtaining all required information needed to process our credit applications, internal questions for the set up for accounts, the flow of how an application goes through the approval state. Maintaining the applications on site, pulling credit reports for quick review. Cost savings for our company due to time savings and quicker set up of accounts.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

It's a very simple and easy-to use interface. Implementation was really simple and fast for our business, and that was kind of the part I was dreading - but Nuvo made it easy and gave us all the support we needed to be successful - including a recorded training for our team to access anytime, anywhere. Anytime we had questions, we would reach out to our customer success manager (Allie! You're amazing!!) and she would respond in minutes with a clear resolution or explanation.  We use Nuvo just about every day of the week and our sales team is so happy to be done juggling paper/pdf applications.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

I haven't come across anything that I dislike yet.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a manual process before with  PDFs and a separate internal form our sales team had to submit - it was a lot of paper juggling, lost paperwork, delays in reviewing.  Now, we just send the customer the link and it gets everything we need and has the application back to us in just a few minutes.

It is very easy to use and super customizable. The customer support and team they have is amazing and integrating it into our workflow was seamless.  Implementation was able to take place over days not weeks and we now use it every single day!

No dislikes at the current moment. The issues that we have are all customer driven.

We were not getting updated credit reporting numbers throughout the year and never were able to collect all of the pertinent information right up front.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

NUVO made our application process much more streamlined. Given the amount of credit card fraud we've encountered, it's reassuring to work with a company that takes the time to verify the businesses we interact with. What truly stands out about NUVO is their customer support, which has been exceptional from my salesperson all the way to the support team. They are always attentive and quick to resolve any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

The only challenge we've encountered so far has been managing individual borrowers. I understand that this is something they are currently addressing. For now, we have a workaround in place, but things should run more smoothly once this issue is resolved.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped accelerate the process of completing an application, significantly reducing the time it takes to process one.

Nuvo is dynamic, User friendly, and has an on-brand customer experience. Our customer engagement is up 10x and the customer support is top notch. This product is seamless and has potential to be the top selling product in the industry. Implementation took no time flat.

Internationally, Nuvo has some opportunities to improve upon including some self service options for documentation and fraud verification.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nuvo is growing a community in trade credit that makes trade safe and efficient. No more are the times of faxing your credit references or scanning applications! Nuvo enhances the Customer Experience and puts the application in the customers hands.

Not being able to change a customer email after we have sent out an invite and having to create a new invite to get it to the correct person.

Nuvo is speeding up our process in setting up new customers because we have all the information right away and don't have to wait for all the information to come back to us.

An inability to switch the flows on applications. Our customers tend to fill out the wrong flow and we have to reject it rather than switch it over.

**What do you like best about Nuvo?**

What I've loved the most about Nuvo so far is the freedom we have to create our credit application and customize them to our business. However, the features that are already available have been a great addition to our customer's process to getting an account. Verifying the business with the IRS, confirming accuracy on the exemption forms, and the automatic emails and follow-ups to trade references have really eliminated the turn around time to get our applications reviewed and approved. Implementation process is super quick, and your assigned resources with the Nuvo team are quick to respond and help with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Nuvo?**

Right now, we can't see history of emailed applications if the customer hasn't opened the link yet. However, that is something that is already in the works with Nuvo and we should have that capability soon. I don't think there's much to dislike - the challenge is more with the customer and getting them to adapt to new technology and not the use of an 'old-school' PDF.

**What problems is Nuvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turnaround time of completed applications.
Having required fields where the customer cannot move forward unless it's provided - also helps with the manual back and forth with the customer.
30-day monitoring of accounts is going to be a great tool for us. Right now, it's manual yearly process and very time consuming. Now we have that instant visibility with updated data on the customer's business risk.

Nuvo's support team is both friendly and knowledgeable, truly setting them apart. They provided invaluable assistance throughout the setup and implementation process. Our account manager consistently responds promptly and attentively to any questions, requests, or issues we have.

The software receives updates, but there are no notifications provided to inform users about what has changed.

There are some kinks that could be better, i.e switching between flows and would be nice if rejected as credit would automatically setup as prepay.
