"User-Friendly, Informative, and Cost-Effective"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I appreciate that Creditsafe provides more detailed information than Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), which influenced my decision to switch due to the cost and value of the information offered. The product is very user-friendly, making the setup process easy, with a representative who guided us through a presentation filled with lots of information. I particularly like the credit monitoring feature that alerts me if there's a negative change regarding a customer's credit, enabling me to take the necessary steps within my organization. The abundance of information about my customers' businesses and credit profiles, including details like Days Beyond Terms (DBT), credit recommendations, and related companies, helps me determine how much credit to extend effectively. Overall, the ease of use and rich information provided are significant benefits that make Creditsafe valuable for my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I dislike that Creditsafe does not integrate with M1, which limits my ability to streamline processes between the two platforms. This lack of integration means I miss out on the efficiency that integrated systems could provide. Additionally, I find it problematic that I cannot search for a customer using their tax ID number within Creditsafe. This feature would help ensure accuracy by confirming I am reviewing the correct company, thereby reducing potential errors in the evaluation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I find Creditsafe to be incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to navigate its features with ease. Its clear and straightforward design simplifies the process of accessing crucial company information, such as published financials and corporate structures. This usability is invaluable in my role of making informed credit decisions and managing risk efficiently. Additionally, I find it quite easy to find the necessary financial data and company credentials, streamlining my tasks significantly. The relatively simple initial setup is also a huge plus, allowing for a straightforward onboarding experience. Overall, these aspects of Creditsafe considerably enhance its value to my workflow. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I dislike that it's not possible to choose the currency in Creditsafe. This limits my ability to customize financial data according to different currency formats, making it less versatile for international business contexts. I also find that some corporate linkages are not updated in a timely manner, leading to potentially incorrect or outdated information. This impacts the reliability of the data I depend on for making informed business decisions. Additionally, the lack of information or limited data for certain countries like Ukraine and Israel is frustrating, as it restricts my ability to assess international organizations thoroughly.
