The user interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to navigate. They provide relevant credit information on companies in a way that's easy to understand. There is a wide range of credit reports available globally, which is very helpful. I appreciate the integration of KYB and credit features into a single platform. The response time from the Credit Safe team is excellent; they are attentive and quick to help with any necessary corrections. The restrictions on credit reports outside the United States, combined with the varying scoring models used in different countries, make things more complicated for businesses that operate internationally. The logic behind their credit scoring and credit limit decisions often seems limited. Many small businesses without reported trade lines appear to receive benchmark scores, which makes it feel like you’re wasting money on reports that provide no real value, simply because the agency claims they lack enough information to offer a realistic credit recommendation.
