I use Creditsafe to quickly review other businesses to determine whether we should offer them terms with the company I work for. Creditsafe allows me to look up our customers fast to see if we should lower or increase their credit limit. The most valuable aspect for me is knowing I can get up-to-date information on a customer.

I like the ease of use. I can look log in and get credit information almost instantly. The information tends to be thorough as well, with industry experience, officer info, aging reports, and overall scores

What I like most about this product is its intuitive and easy-to-follow user interface. The integration process was straightforward, and overall performance has been fast and reliable. The onboarding experience was smooth, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. One area for improvement is pricing, which feels a bit high. Additionally, when searching for companies, there are sometimes multiple listings with very similar names and addresses. It can be difficult to determine which company is the correct one, and I was charged for two reports while trying to identify the right company, even though I only saved one report. I have not yet used the AI features, so I cannot comment on that functionality at this time.
