If I had to suggest improvements, I’d recommend:

Adding the ability to create a library of custom cloned voices without a steep cost.

Allowing users to change the voices of the pre-created avatars (since sometimes the default voice doesn’t quite match the look, which is a shame because the avatars themselves are excellent).

Making it easier to change backgrounds.

And most importantly, offering a short preview (say 10% of the video or 20 seconds) before final rendering. Even a watermarked preview would help users confirm their choices before paying for the full render.
