Easy-to-use dashboard. I actually created a video within minutes. There are tons of avatars and voices to choose from. There’s a slight learning curve, but it’s still way easier than other AI generators I’ve tried. This is the first one where I didn’t feel like pulling my hair out while using it.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

while creating a video, I would like to see a "save" feature where I can come back and edit before I render. Also, it would be nice to send a draft to another team member. Even if it was watermarked.

I've created many videos and the editing part is the most tedious. This drastically reduces the time from conception to final product. To be honest, I was kind of taken back how fast I was able to create a full video. I looked like a hero to by Boss. Thanks.

I really like using Creatify AI for my ad space because it's my voice and image coming across, giving me control over what my ads look like. I like that their customer service is incredibly prompt. They were super gracious when I had problems using the tools and even credited me back for wasted tokens. It's taught me that I can be in control of my ad space without needing to pay another marketing guru. I also love that Creatify AI is saving me both time and money. It's awesome that there are actually people answering your questions, which makes the experience totally awesome.

Random by AI don't work as well. I didn't know that different areas cost different tokens. So I think in the beginning, if there was a way that you could say, like, hey. This is gonna cost this much of your tokens for the month, and that was a little bit more straightforward in the beginning.

I like Creatify AI for generating short promotional ads for our brand, Fouji Adda, especially the avatar and agent features. I appreciate that it generates avatars and voices in an Indian style, resulting in professional outputs. It saves us a lot of cost and time by allowing us to create ad content without needing a camera, model, or editor. The software just needs a prompt to generate ads within minutes, making the process much easier and faster. The agent feature is also very useful as it understands the product and creates content quickly. The initial setup was quite easy too.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

Sometimes the avatar movement and hand gestures don't match the script perfectly, especially when we want to show a mobile screen or product clearly. It would help if Creatify AI gave more control over avatar actions, like holding the phone, showing the screen to the camera, or pointing to a product. Sometimes the avatar speaks well but the mobile screen is not clearly visible.

The image-to-video capability is the clutch feature for me. I can take a product image and turn it into a polished video clip without shooting anything on camera — the AI keeps the output visually accurate to the actual product, which matters when you're creating content around specific items. The interface is clean and straightforward; I didn't need a tutorial to figure out the workflow from upload to export. It fits neatly into my production pipeline since I can download the clips and drop them straight into CapCut or Descript for final assembly with voiceover. For a solo creator, the pricing makes sense — the time I'd spend sourcing and editing stock footage easily justifies the cost. The types of tools they have along with the way to use those tools is great and the support team they have are love. They go beyond there policy to help you out. I encounter 2 times and both of these 2 times the request I made was something againt there poicy but still they entertain my request without any question. True customer support 5 stars to them

Honestly, there’s only one thing: they need to clearly state, for each subscription, how many minutes per video we can create.

For me the biggest problem they are resolving is that they are giving you a way to create a professional looking videos of your need with very easy to use tools which makes my everyday life much easier. I really find Creatify AI very easy to use with a very fast process. If I need to make any edits in the video, that's easy too. It has templates where I just paste my script and I'm done. It's very simple.

I’ve been using Creatify for a few months to scale my Shopify store’s marketing, and it has drastically cut down my production time.

Insane Speed: I can paste an Amazon or Shopify link, and the AI generates a full video script and selects the best product images automatically. I’ve gone from idea to a live TikTok ad in under 10 minutes.

The thing I like best is that it puts every ad format I need in one place. Avatar Video, Ad Clone, the auto video ad generator, and multiple UGC styles all live under one roof, so I can run the same script through different formats and test which one actually performs, without juggling five separate tools.The Avatar Video feature with the Aurora model stands out most. The talking-head quality is genuinely good, and because it's integrated with ElevenLabs voices, the audio avoids that flat robotic sound most AI tools have. I especially like that I can paste my own script instead of being locked into AI-generated copy, so I keep full control of my brand voice and just use Creatify to produce it. The script box even reads punctuation as delivery cues, which lets me shape the pacing, and the transparent per-clip credit cost means I always know what I'm spending.

A couple of things could be better. When you use the auto video ad generator, it pulls the product name, description, and B-roll straight from the source listing, and that raw scraped copy often needs heavy rewriting before it fits your brand voice. **What do you like best about Creatify AI?**

The AI-powered custom avatar generation stands out the most for me. It does a very good job of keeping the character’s identity consistent while making the facial expressions and overall appearance look natural.
So far, none of the other AI tools I’ve tried have been able to make them look this realistic and believable. The customer support is also excellent. They solved the problem I had incredibly quickly, which is very important to me because I don’t want to wait forever for help. The pricing is a little higher than I would prefer, but since the tool gives me the results I actually need, I can accept it. The generation speed is solid, and I have no complaints. Considering that these are videos lasting a few minutes, I think the processing time is perfectly reasonable. The integration with the other tools in my workflow works well. I usually export the avatar video from Creatify and continue editing it in After Effects, where I combine it with holographic effects and elements created with other AI tools. I haven’t experienced any major issues with this process. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so I can usually find what I need without wasting time. The navigation feels smooth, and the overall workflow is simple and intuitive.

For the type of work I do, I don’t have any major complaints. The only downside for me is that the pricing is a little higher than I would prefer, but the results usually justify it.

It’s extremely easy to turn a concept into a fully baked video proof with minimal effort. It works great both for users who know exactly what they want and for users who have a general idea they want to validate with a proof.

It’s addictive, and it’s easy to end up spending money. It’s also not always clear how much production will cost, and it will most likely take many iterations and refinements to get things right.  With that said, the alternatives are many times more expensive.

I think the workflows are really cool. I feel like they have high-end options, which is great, and then they have low-end cheaper options. So depending on the client, we can kind of make judgment calls if we wanna do something really high-end that's more expensive and more token, or something cheaper if we just wanna test the hook or something like that. Creatify AI has done a great job on that. It's very easy to set up, and the support was really good.

It's not the most sophisticated workflow. If they would upgrade to, with our CADs. Doing, which is one of their competitors. I feel like our CADs does have a more sophisticated, workflow process. But, it's way more expensive. There is no cheap option over there.

Creatify AI helps me create videos quickly and cheaply, better than other products. It's not the most sophisticated or expensive solution, but it does a great job overall.

Url product adding. AI script generation. Extract assets by url. Super helpful tech support. Quick responses generally from tech support. Editability is nice. Program fairly easy to use and implement. We use it fairly often and fairly easy integration. Many ai models supported and able to choose from. Existing video footage and image library.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

Chat video creation kind of expensive. Jumping from 29 seconds to 31 seconds increase cost of credits tremendously and auto scripts often bump up barely past 30 seconds. Not enough video assets and our custom avatar lip sync is off and not as good and realistic as their ultra relistic avatars. The plan we are on doesn't give us access to all the avatars. I have had youtube complain about music copyright owners with some of the music it added to the video. This might be due to additional edits to the video in canva after but I am not sure.

The platform saves a lot of time, especially when testing different scripts, hooks, avatars, and product angles. To make matters worse, the final video quality was terrible—the digital avatar was extremely stiff, unnatural, and completely unusable for commercial advertising.When I contacted their customer support just a few hours after purchasing an annual subscription ($588), they flatly refused to offer a refund, despite the clear lack of pricing transparency and substandard service quality. This is an unconscionable business practice aimed at draining user credits without giving a fair warning.

I like using Creatify AI for creating UGC ads and to review my workflow with a top-down view. It solves the hassle of juggling multiple AI platforms by allowing me to use all my AI APIs, like Claude for copywriting, in one place. I appreciate that I can host my brand's assets together. I enjoy their new AI agent, which is very responsive and intuitive. The interface is user-friendly and I find the chat support top-notch and very responsive. It also provides helpful data points for things I'm missing in my workflow and offers a great replacement workflow. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, though I'm still learning.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

I think they have good knowledge-based tutorials, but I would like to see more helpful tips during the actual building process of certain tools they offer. For the AI ads tool, I did not know that the result would be static images (my images I uploaded) + the speaking AI avatar. I thought that Creatify would create organic AI videos based on my assets I uploaded. It would be great to have a banner, or popup in the asset folder stating that you can upload mp4's and static images (png + jpeg), that way we would know as a user that the generations would pull either images or videos.

Sometimes it feels a little limited creatively. I still have to tweak things to get exactly what I want. Also, the output can feel a bit generic if you don’t guide it properly, so it’s not fully plug-and-play.

I love the option of paying monthly or annually for a discount. The options on the types of creation models (sales, marketing, product, services, etc.) are simply overwhelming. I particularly like the quick "how to" lessons available.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

I have challenges with computer comprehension, so I get frustrated pretty easily. Correcting the script in the program was very difficult (using the scissors tool, etc.). It became a time-consuming challenge just to make a simple spelling change. I also had real issues with the vague instructions about how to include time pauses in the script, and it took me a lot of time to get that sorted out. I think it’s important to remember that not all of us are 18-year-olds growing up with AI. I’m 65 and have a steeper learning curve. If you offered instructions tailored to different age groups, it might help solve this issue.

**What problems is Creatify AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to create short, personal marketing ads for my company or my clients’ projects (books, television series, and movie projects) that feature me as my own avatar with my voice cloned. As I get better at using it, the process should become less time-consuming. I’ve been working on a number of different ads for about eight hours today, and I expect it will only get faster over time.

What I like most about Creatify is how it lets me go from script to finished video in a single workflow. The variety of avatars and the quality of the AI voices make the output feel professional rather than gimmicky. I've been able to produce more content in less time, which has been a real difference-maker for my marketing. It fills a gap that used to require either expensive freelancers or hours of my own editing time.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

The AI avatars are good but still land in uncanny valley territory for longer-form content, so I tend to keep videos short to avoid that. Voice options can feel a bit repetitive once you've used the platform for a while, and I'd love to see more variety in cadence and emotion. Pricing also escalates quickly if you want higher resolution exports or more credits, which makes it harder to scale usage.

Creatify solves the bottleneck of producing video content at the pace short-form platforms demand. Before, I'd either pay a freelancer for each video or spend hours scripting, filming, and editing myself, which made it impossible to test more than a couple of variations. Now I can generate multiple versions of an ad or promo in the time it used to take to shoot one, which means I can actually iterate on hooks and find what works. The result is more consistent content output without blowing up my budget or my schedule.

My favorite thing about Creatify AI is the API. It's very easy to use and makes it valuable because I can write a script and generate multiple AI UGC videos at a time. I also found it very easy to set up on desktop, which is important since mobile has fewer features. The API cost was a better value compared to the product I used before, Phala AI.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

I think what could be improved is just maybe if I had I know it has the viral video feature. AI Cloner, but I haven't tested it. Yeah, maybe instead of just the AI ad, maybe some organic content. Mobile has fewer features, but I think it's a lot easier on desktop.

I use Creatify AI to make UGC content, eliminating the need to hire creators. I can generate bulk content in a day using the API, which allows me to write scripts and produce multiple AI UGC videos at a time.

It is astonishing to me how simply I can create videos, featuring myself as the 'avatar,' saying in my voice whatever I've written in the script, with whatever background I choose, and accompanied by the music selection I have chosen, all in such a short time.

As a person who just wants to get a good result requiring the least amount of effort or time, I don't hesitate to recommend this product.

Well, there was a learning curve, but I suppose one can't blame Creatify AI for that. Occasionally one of my videos get stuck 'rendering' (getting done) but there's always a Tech person on chat to get it resolved. And it gets resolved very quickly.

I need to produce brief Tiktok videos that are compelling enough to convince my target market to come to my landing page.

I love the ad flow option to be able to create different scenes and piece it together. I love the quality of the output that we have received thus far. And I like the different options that you have and that you provide for all kinds of different use cases. The initial setup was relatively very easy.

I think sometimes I have a hard time trying to find things that I was working on so the navigation could be improved on the site. And just, like, trying to find all the tools sometimes can be difficult. I don't know where they end up at, and I have to kinda search around. So navigation is a big problem that can be improved.

I used Creatify AI to create promotional content for our hospital, and I was very impressed with the results. One of the standout features is its excellent text and typography handling in video content. Unlike Google Veo3, which struggles with text overlays, Creatify AI renders them cleanly and accurately. This made a huge difference for our marketing materials where clear, professional text is essential. The overall quality of the generated content exceeded my expectations.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be nice to have more flexible API pricing options so that developers who only need API access don't have to navigate between separate web and API subscription plans. But this is a minor issue and doesn't take away from the great experience overall.

As a hospital marketing team, we constantly need to produce high-quality promotional video content quickly and cost-effectively. Previously, creating professional video ads required hiring external agencies or dedicating significant time and resources to video production, which was both expensive and slow. **What do you like best about Creatify AI?**

I use Creatify AI for creating video ads and appreciate how it consolidates all actions needed for production, offering a smoother workflow. I'm extremely impressed with the overall simplicity and power of the user interface, which is so easy to use that help docs or guides are not necessary. The interface gives creators powerful tools that are intuitively designed and can be easily understood, even by those accustomed to using robust programs like Adobe Premiere Pro. Having everything I need close at hand saves an enormous amount of time and streamlines my workflow. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and within 30 minutes of signing up, I was able to create my first video ad. 

As for the quality of the ads I created... amazing. My client LOVED the work. And when used for Meta ads I achieved click through rates over 35%.

**What do you dislike about Creatify AI?**

I found a few things in the video editor to be challenging. I'm not expecting a browser-based video editor to be equivalent to applications like Premiere Pro. For example, I could not figure out how to replace the background of an avatar with anything other than a solid color. (EDIT: With the help of customer support, I was able to figure this out!) Perhaps there is a way to do this, but I did not find it intuitively. I would love to see the ability to 'tween' layer/element positions and effects to provide more motion capabilities.
