I like the Manage Candidates page where recruiters can use filters to view candidates based off of location, interview stage and even application answers (ex: see all the candidates who replied yes to a certain skill) You can also set up application questions to knock out candidates based off of their response. But you can't customize the email those candidates get or delay that email by even a few minutes which is poor candidate experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can't customize the rejection emails for candidates who get automatically rejected on a pre-screening filter, nor can you delay that email by even a few minutes which is poor candidate experience. Their career site capabilities are so limited and the interface for candidates is outdated. You can't build scorecards in the ATS so you can't gather feedback from interviewers within the system like other ATS'. Absolutely no Ai and no plans for it either which makes me believe their not following up with the industry advancements. Customer support is barely existant. New feature releases or enhancements barely happen. Reporting is basically exporting spreadsheets or raw data. ATS can't be used on Mobile devices. etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
