The Tool, in general, is just a great way to communicate between candidates and potential clients.

The dashboard can be somewhat cumbersome to navigate and slightly overwhelming for new users.

**What do you like best about Conversational Candidate Experience Suite?**

We implemented Zmash into our career page and it was quite helpful for us to engage with our potential candidates more easily. Also, I particularly liked the chatbot facility that they provide

**What do you dislike about Conversational Candidate Experience Suite?**

In terms of dislikes, the content help for social media channels was not that helpful. The entire User Interface of Zmash could be slightly improved. Otherwise I liked it very much

Major business problem that we are solving with Conversational Candidate Experience Suite is the amount of time we are able to save in hiring new candidates for my team.
