
We chose Contrast for our webinar strategy with a very clear goal: to reduce the friction our users were experiencing when registering for and attending live events. Before Contrast, many users would register, forget to add the event to their calendar, or struggle to join on time, which significantly impacted our attendance rates.
Contrast solved all of that, and more. The user experience is truly frictionless: registration is simple, events are seamlessly added to users’ calendars, and the platform loads quickly and reliably. As a result, our attendance rates improved noticeably.
Beyond ease of access, Contrast has helped us significantly raise the quality of our webinars. The studio features allow us to integrate polls, CTAs, and branded actions that strengthen our overall marketing and engagement strategy. On top of that, the HubSpot integration is extremely easy to set up, works flawlessly, and allows us to maintain full traceability of user activity within our CRM. Overall, we’re very happy with the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area for improvement is the experience for recurring webinars or webinar series. Currently, users need to register separately for each session, which adds unnecessary friction. We’ve temporarily solved this through HubSpot automations, but it would be great to see this functionality handled natively within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
