We’ve been using Contrast for our webinars and content creation, and it’s delivered above expectations — especially compared to other tools we've used in the past (like Zoom).
Support: The support team has been one of the biggest highlights. They’re fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Any time we’ve had questions, they’ve jumped in quickly with clear, actionable answers. It feels like we have a partner, not just a vendor.
HubSpot Integration: The integration with HubSpot has also been seamless. Setup was straightforward, and the data flow is smooth — registrations, attendance, engagement, all syncing directly. It’s made it easy to tie webinar efforts into the rest of our marketing automation and follow-up workflows.
Video Quality & Content Repurposing: What really sets Contrast apart is how it helps us fuel our content engine. We can cut high-quality video snippets straight from the platform, add subtitles automatically, and pull full transcripts — all without leaving the tool. The only real limitation we’ve found is that the recording is final — you can’t go back in to edit names, chapters, or anything on screen post-event. So it requires getting things right live. It also comes with some design limitations in the final output of the video snippets.
