## About Contrast
Contrast helps marketing teams run webinar programs that feel modern and match their brand, with logos, colors and fonts. Onstream engagement features turn presentations into events the audience comes back to. Every interaction is tracked back into HubSpot, so that marketing and sales can follow up with the right message and person. When the session ends, AI gets to work: subtitled clips, a blog post, whatever you need next is there. Contrast is fast, easy to use and adapts to your needs. Whatever your setup; “It just works”, not our words but the 250+ reviews on G2 and HubSpot Marketplace. Setting up a webinar on Contrast takes minutes. Registration pages, email sequences and calendar invites are pre-built and automatically go out your brand colors and logo without the help of a designer or developer. Boring webinars? Not on Contrast. Engagement features are directly embedded into the video, visible on screen in your brand’s colors and font. No need to spend hours on making your video look good in post-production. When your webinar is over, you know exactly who to follow up with. Every registrant has their own record whether they attended live or on replay, how long they stayed, what they said, which CTAs they clicked. All of that data syncs to the #1 rated HubSpot integration for webinars. With over 50 data points ready to use in Lead Scoring, Workflows, Marketing Events and more. Your follow-up is segmented before you've started the webinar. Meanwhile, Contrast AI turns the recording into whatever you need: subtitled clips, blog posts, social assets, and more. One webinar keeps your content calendar full for weeks. Contrast webinars is trusted by top brands like Whirlpool, Fathom and HubSpot. ## Contrast Reviews
 ### 1. All-in-One Webinars With Instant Replays, Clips, and Flexible Embeds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | VP, Product Marketing, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

The all-in-one workflow is what stands out. Registration, going live, hosting the replay, and generating promo clips all happen in one place, so we can run a regular series (our eyko Beats webinars) without stitching several tools together each time.

The repurposing is the single best part. Clips get generated straight off the recording and the replay is ready the moment we finish, so a live session immediately becomes short-form content we can push out, rather than waiting on a separate edit cycle.

The embed options are a close second: registration forms drop onto our own landing pages and the upcoming-events widget sits on our Beats page, so people convert on eyko.ai with our branding and tracking intact.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

The main friction point is transcript editing. Correcting the auto-generated transcript (for us, it kept mishearing "eyko" as "ECO") turned out to be risky, because removing and reapplying a transcript broke the clips already generated from the recording. That meant a support ticket to get the video back to its original state. A safer way to fix transcript text without disturbing existing clips would make a big difference.

Transcript accuracy on brand and product names is the smaller version of the same issue: worth a manual pass before you publish captions or cut clips.

One minor thing on setup: registration pages are unlisted by default rather than gated, so anyone with the URL can register. There is a separate "Gate your events" feature if you need tighter control, but it is a setting to remember rather than the default.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast solves the "webinar sprawl" problem for us, where registration, going live, hosting the replay, and cutting promo clips would otherwise be four separate tools stitched together. Having it all in one platform means we can run a regular cadence (our eyko Beats series) without a heavy production lift each time.

The biggest benefit is speed to reuse. The recording and replay are ready the moment we finish, and the auto-generated clips give us short-form assets to push out on social straight away, rather than waiting on a separate edit cycle. That turns a single live session into a steady stream of content.

The embed options also let us keep everything on our own site. Registration forms sit on dedicated landing pages and the upcoming-events widget lives on our Beats page, so registrants convert on eyko.ai rather than being sent off to a third-party page, which keeps our tracking and branding intact.

 ### 2. Strong all-in-one, with a few small edges to watch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark . | VP, Product Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

We run a recurring finance webinar series, eyko Beats, and Contrast handles the whole lifecycle for us. Setup is quick, the studio is clean to present and go live in, and the automatic replay means the recording is ready to work with the moment we finish. The repurposing features are the real win: clips get generated straight off the recording, which cuts a big chunk of our post-production time.

The embed options are flexible too. We use the per-event registration form on dedicated landing pages and the upcoming-events widget on our main Beats page, and both dropped into our site without any fuss. The channel page for upcoming events and replays is a nice bonus for anyone who lands there directly.

One small gripe: the auto-generated transcript occasionally mishears brand names (it heard "eyko" as "ECO"), and correcting it needs care so you don't disturb clips already generated from the recording. Minor, and support was responsive when we needed a hand. Overall it does exactly what we need without getting in the way. Recommended for teams running a regular webinar cadence.

 ### 3. Frictionless Webinars with Polished Studio and Powerful Marketing Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise A. | Growth & Sales Ops, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

We run all our webinars at Malibou on Contrast, and we genuinely love it. The biggest win is how it removes the friction that usually comes with live events. Setting up a session takes minutes, the studio experience feels polished without needing a production team, and the live engagement features (interactive moments, real-time interaction with the audience) keep attendees actually watching instead of dropping off.

What really sets it apart for us is the marketing layer: native registration pages, automated reminder flows, and the fact that everything connects cleanly into our stack means a single webinar turns into a full content and lead-gen engine. The replays and the ability to repurpose recordings afterward give each session a long second life.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Honestly, very little. If I had to point to something, the platform ships new features at such a fast pace that we occasionally discover capabilities we didn't realize were already there. A slightly more proactive in-app nudge when something new launches would help us get even more value, faster. We'd also love a few more advanced customization options on the registration pages to push branding even further. But these are minor wishes, not real pain points.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Contrast, running a webinar meant juggling several tools, one for the live stream, another for registration, something else for reminders and follow-ups, plus a lot of manual work to stitch it all together. Contrast consolidates that entire workflow into one place, which has removed most of the operational overhead and let our team launch sessions far more often without burning out.
It's also solved our drop-off and engagement problem. The interactive live features keep attendees genuinely involved instead of passively half-watching, so our attendance and watch-time rates have improved.
Most importantly, it turned webinars from one-off events into a real demand-gen channel for us at Malibou. The native registration pages, automated email flows, and easy replay repurposing mean every session keeps generating leads and content long after it ends. The net benefit is simple: more webinars, better engagement, and more pipeline, with less effort.

 ### 4. A simple and powerful webinar platform for seamless engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma P. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Contrast is extremely easy to use, both from a host and a viewer perspective. The platform is very intuitive, so you can get started quickly without any complex setup. I also really appreciate the built-in features like polls and CTAs, which are super practical during webinars, especially the polls that appear directly in the chat, making it seamless for viewers to engage.
Another big plus is the access to analytics after each session. Being able to see key stats like the number of attendees, poll responses, and overall engagement makes it easy to measure performance and improve future webinars.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Occasionally, we’ve experienced minor technical issues as speakers, such as microphone bugs or brief freezes. However, these problems are usually quickly resolved by simply refreshing the page. While it hasn’t been a major blocker, improving stability in these situations would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast helps us easily engage and animate our customer base through webinars without friction. With our previous tool, it was often difficult for attendees to join sessions, which created frustration and impacted participation. With Contrast, the experience is much smoother ! Registration and connection are simple and seamless for our clients.
It also makes it very easy for us to run interactive webinars. Features like polls and the chat allow us to engage directly with attendees in real time, making sessions more dynamic and collaborative. Overall, it has significantly improved both the accessibility of our webinars and the level of audience interaction.

 ### 5. The easiest way to run high-impact webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sushmitha S. | Brand Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

What I really like about Contrast is how effortless it makes running webinars end to end. Setting up an event takes just a few minutes, and the ability to duplicate and reschedule events without any hassle saves a lot of time.

Some of my favorite features are the engagement tools. Being able to interact with attendees through polls and chat, and even pin chats on screen to address questions, makes sessions feel much more dynamic and interactive.

The integration with HubSpot works seamlessly, making it easy to track performance and pull reports. The built-in analytics are also very helpful for understanding webinar performance and audience behavior.

Additionally, the email automation within the platform is a big plus. It ensures reminders go out on time, and even when schedules change, managing communication with attendees remains simple and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

There isn’t any major downside that stands out, but one feature I’d love to see is the ability to have speaker notes within the platform. That would make it much easier to stay on track during live sessions without relying on external tools.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast solves the challenge of scaling webinars efficiently without needing a large team or heavy operational effort. It allows us to set up, manage, and run multiple webinars with minimal overhead, which is especially valuable for a lean team like ours.

 ### 6. Fluid and Interactive Experience, great tools for webinars

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I love the simplicity of using Contrast and the smoothness of the experience it offers, both for organizers and participants. The platform allows webinars to be broadcast easily while offering interactive features that promote live exchanges. I really appreciate the clip feature with subtitles, it's great! It saves me time, simplifies organization, registration management, and automatic reminders, while providing a better experience for participants. The initial setup was also super smooth.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I would like more customization for the registration pages, and I think a button to quickly close registrations when a webinar is full would be a real plus :).

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contrast to broadcast live webinars, which simplifies organization and enhances interaction for a seamless experience. It saves me time with registration management and automatic reminders.

 ### 7. Simplify Our Webinars with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sobhi E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I appreciate that Contrast simplifies the organization of our webinars, with fewer technical complications, which saves us time and reduces stress. I like the ease of use and the extremely professional rendering, the UX is very suitable and modern. The management of responses saves us time, the onboarding of guests is very easy even for technophiles, and the Dashboard helps with results and reports to managers. The support is ultra-responsive and above all human, and the technical reliability is perfect with zero bugs. The initial installation was smooth and without bugs.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

We all love

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast simplifies the organization of webinars, avoiding technical complications, while offering time savings and less stress. The management of responses and the Dashboard make tracking easier, with technical reliability without bugs and responsive customer support.

 ### 8. The best webinar platform we've tested

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian C. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Super easy to use. You don't need to be technical at all to set up a webinar, the interface is intuitive enough that you can just figure it out as you go.

The feature set is solid too. Pre-scheduled webinars work great, and whenever we had a question, their support team was fast and actually helpful.

We tried a few other platforms before this (Livestorm, Riverside) and honestly, we had mixed results: features mixing, support being terrible or problems before live events.

We just wanted something that works and doesn't give us headaches. When you have hundreds of people registered for a webinar, you really don't want to be troubleshooting things last minute. You just want it to work. And Contrast does. Happy we found them.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

One feature I’d really love to see added is the ability to restream to YouTube or LinkedIn. For us, that’s honestly the only thing that feels missing right now. If they ever add it, it would become the most complete webinar platform out there.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone can jump in, set up a webinar, adjust things, make changes it's all pretty straightforward. You're not spending time figuring out the platform, you're just getting things done. That's a big deal when you're running events regularly.

Same goes for guest speakers. They just join and it works. No test runs, no "let me walk you through the platform" calls beforehand -- they figure it out instantly. That alone saves a lot of back and forth.

 ### 9. Streamlined Webinars and Efficient Lead Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I appreciate how Contrast makes it easy for our customers to attend webinars without needing to download any software, which has been helpful for those with security restrictions. It's also made inviting guest hosts and other participants super simple. The snippets tool is a time saver, as it helps identify strong pieces of content from webinars for social media promotion, which was previously a time-consuming task. Streamlining the whole process from interest to registration and then to the landing page has increased our conversion rates. I also like how easy it is to get a webinar landing page up and running, and the integration with HubSpot helps with fast lead follow-up. Setting up Contrast was super easy, taking just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Maybe some modifications to the Snippet tool that allow the videos to be in Portrait mode which would work better for social would be great.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to launch, easy access to our webinars, and a clean user experience for our attendees.

 ### 10. Intuitive, All-in-One Webinar Platform with Powerful Engagement, Analytics & HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip G. | Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Contrast stands out for how intuitive and complete the platform is. Setting up and running webinars is incredibly smooth, from registration to live delivery. The studio feature is especially useful for preparing sessions in advance and coordinating with speakers behind the scenes. I also really like the engagement tools (polls, chat, CTAs), which help keep audiences involved throughout the event. On top of that, the analytics are very detailed and give clear insights into attendee behavior. The AI-powered content repurposing is a huge plus, making it easy to turn webinars into clips for social media.

Also love how great the integration into Hubspot is. Makes the follow up for our sales teams much easier and personalised.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Not much to be honest!
If I had to point out something, it would be great to have more advanced customization options for emails (like tracking open rates or more flexibility in survey formats), but these are relatively minor compared to the overall value of the platform.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast replaces multiple tools by centralizing webinar hosting, registration management, engagement features, and post-event analytics in one place. It saves us a lot of time on setup and follow-up while improving the overall attendee experience. It has an amazing integration with HubSpot, making it easier to manage leads and track performance, helping us generate and convert more opportunities from our webinars.

 ### 11. Contrast makes hosting webinars fun and easy - everyone loves it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really love the user experience of Contrast. From the host side, it's so simple to use, with all the right buttons and tools prioritized. It doesn't have too much nor too little, which is perfect for busy marketing people running webinars. It's seamless and easy, making it a joy to work with as a host. Furthermore, their human support is fantastic, even though we’re on a lower tier of the paid plan. They were super helpful, especially with migrating old registrants from our last webinar tool.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

At the moment, I can't find something that doesn't work well for me on Contrast. I've only run one webinar, so more to come. I think the only small thing I can think of to improve is whenever you send a CTA button for the audience to click, I didn't see a way for me to be able to retract that CTA if, let's say, if I sent a CTA that I didn't wanna send or I messed something up, I didn't see a way to be able to retract it. But maybe it's just I haven't seen it yet.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast makes running webinars such a joy. It's solving the issue of viewers having trouble watching. It's web-based, simplifying access. We chose it over Zoom to modernize our webinars and reduce costs, as Contrast fits well with its browser-based interface. In the end, although the cost is roughly the same for the tier I chose, everyone in the company has access, whereas on Zoom you need to pay per seat. Also it's much easier to manage the billing - Zoom is so complicated with how they charge.

 ### 12. Intuitive interface and quick-to-set-up webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Intuitive and easy-to-use interface
Quick setup of webinars
Good management of registrations and participants
Useful statistics to track performance
Seamless integration with our organization and tools

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

The creation of clips at the end of the webinar is sometimes light.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast allows us to simplify the management of our webinars from start to finish. Previously, organizing events was more complex and time-consuming, especially for managing registrations and tracking participants.

Thanks to the platform, we easily centralize our webinars, automate part of the registration process, and have better visibility on the performance of our events.

This saves us time on a daily basis and allows us to focus more on the content and facilitation of our webinars rather than on the technical and organizational aspects.

 ### 13. Seamless Webinars with User-Friendly Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 💌Andy M. | Co-founder and CEO (Chief Email Officer), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I love the ease of use, which makes it easier to use the software. The embedding feature is great because it makes it easy to share the webinars we've hosted. The pricing model is super flexible, and I really appreciate that. The Q&A features provide a super differentiated online webinar experience. Hosting webinars with Contrast helps in engaging people easily. The initial setup was super easy, and overall, it offers better hosting and captures attendees better. I haven't found anything I don't like, and that's why I'm leaving a G2 review. I don't use it with any other tools since it embeds right into our site.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

nothing... the platform is great so far...

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contrast for hosting webinars, making it easy to engage people. Its ease of use, embedding features for easy sharing, flexible pricing, and unique Q&A create a standout experience.

 ### 14. User-Friendly Webinar Tool with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tenicia v. | Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really like the user interface of Contrast because it's very user friendly. I love the team behind Contrast; they're eager to help and provide great support, and the help center is fantastic. I also appreciate how I can reach out and they're always willing to find flexible solutions for us. I love the integration with HubSpot, makes using relevant data so easy. Everything from the setup was very easy and straightforward. The ability to make it on brand is also something I really love.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Haven't ran into anything yet, so far the platform has been great

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast is very user-friendly with a nice interface, allowing on-brand webinars which I love. The HubSpot integration creates instant active lists, and the support is flexible and helpful.

 ### 15. Slick, Professional Webinars with Best-in-Class Hubspot Integration & Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toby R. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

The platform makes our webinars look really slick and professional, way better than Zoom Webinars stuck in the 90s. Plus, the Hubspot integration is the best I've seen out there, giving us rich insight right on the company record. Additionally, the Contrast team have been really responsive and provide great support.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Nothing - it's the webinar platform that's going to help us scale virtual events

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to host professional online events while being deeply integrated into our Hubspot CRM so we reduce admin

 ### 16. Simple, Intuitive Webinar Setup with Seamless Registration Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I love how simple it is to set up a new webinar with Contrast. The registration management is seamless with the built in event emails. Running an event is easy and it's intuitive to bring in speakers and moderators. I find it super helpful to have automatic pre- and post-event outreach set up with the option to customize. Clean and user-friendly interface and great support turnaround time from the team. We look forward to running more events on Contrast and getting it more integrated with our marketing stack to further personalize touch points with attendees.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

These are more feature requests rather than dislikes. I'd love a more customizable registration page, and the option to automatically schedule redirect of registration page once the event reaches a specified number of registrants.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast saves us time on set up and offers a simple yet powerful attendee experience.

 ### 17. Seamless HubSpot Integration, Intuitive Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya R. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really appreciate how Contrast syncs with HubSpot quite seamlessly, allowing me to set it up within an hour. It automatically creates lists between Contrast and HubSpot so emails can be sent using our email templates in HubSpot after the webinar. The platform is super user-friendly with simple settings that contain everything I need, making it a great first-timer platform compared to Zoom, which was very overwhelming. I like the go live tool and the studio tool where I can edit the branding of my webinar to match my company's unique colors and logos, giving it a very modern look. Additionally, I find it helpful that Contrast emails registrants automatically the day before, the day of the webinar, and as it's coming up, with the option to edit the text for branding. It also records all the lives automatically, allowing a recorded video to be sent after the live webinar. The chat box support is extremely helpful, with replies in about three minutes, making the setup really easy.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I think the only thing is if they had how to videos when you first get started, as a new user, that would be super helpful. And as well as connecting it to HubSpot, just how to videos would be helpful.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Contrast syncs seamlessly with HubSpot, automating list creation and emails, making webinars easy. It is user-friendly, with simple, necessary settings, and its studio tool allows branding customization. The setup is easy, thanks to helpful chat support, though how-to videos would improve it further.

 ### 18. Makes Webinar Hosting Effortless and Engaging, especially for Small-Team Marketers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I love how easy it is to set up events with Contrast, making it extremely easy to get things up and running. The experience for both the host and attendees of any online event is great. All features in the online event room are really great and easy to use, working really well. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the team; they are quick to answer any questions or provide support, which is really appreciated. The one-click HubSpot integration is super useful, allowing analytics and data from online events to flow directly into HubSpot. Everything is super easy to use, and the pricing is just right for small teams, extending its usability to midsize businesses as well.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

There's one feature I like, which is the separate video recordings of different webinar attendees, but it's only available on the bigger plan.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast streamlines setting up webinars, offering a better user experience by being faster and easier to use than other platforms. It simplifies the process and enhances the event experience over Zoom.

 ### 19. The easiest webinar tool I've used and it just works with HubSpot.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

• Extremely intuitive, I was up and running in minutes, not hours
• Deep, native HubSpot integration: registrants flow straight into the CRM, sales gets notified automatically, and it's trivial to exclude registrants from reminder sequences or other campaigns so they don't get double-messaged
• Clean, conversion-friendly landing pages and a registration page builder that's genuinely fun to use
• Default email templates are excellent out of the box, I didn't need to rewrite a thing

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

• Fewer advanced settings than some heavier platforms, so power users looking for deep customisation might occasionally want more knobs to turn. Honestly though, I see this as a feature, not a bug, the constraints are what make it so fast to work with.
• The HubSpot integration doesn't backfill historical registrations. I connected it after I'd already started collecting sign-ups, and only new registrants from that point forward synced across, earlier ones I had to handle manually. Admittedly my own fault for not connecting it on day one, but a one-click backfill option would be a nice safety net for anyone who makes the same mistake.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast solves the "webinar tooling tax", the hours normally lost to clunky platforms, brittle integrations, and rewriting default emails that sound like they were written by a robot.

 ### 20. Frictionless Webinars with Better Attendance and Strong HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** María Elisa R. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

We chose Contrast for our webinar strategy with a very clear goal: to reduce the friction our users were experiencing when registering for and attending live events. Before Contrast, many users would register, forget to add the event to their calendar, or struggle to join on time, which significantly impacted our attendance rates.

Contrast solved all of that, and more. The user experience is truly frictionless: registration is simple, events are seamlessly added to users’ calendars, and the platform loads quickly and reliably. As a result, our attendance rates improved noticeably.

Beyond ease of access, Contrast has helped us significantly raise the quality of our webinars. The studio features allow us to integrate polls, CTAs, and branded actions that strengthen our overall marketing and engagement strategy. On top of that, the HubSpot integration is extremely easy to set up, works flawlessly, and allows us to maintain full traceability of user activity within our CRM. Overall, we’re very happy with the platform

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

One area for improvement is the experience for recurring webinars or webinar series. Currently, users need to register separately for each session, which adds unnecessary friction. We’ve temporarily solved this through HubSpot automations, but it would be great to see this functionality handled natively within the platform.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast is solving one of the most common but underestimated problems in webinar strategies: friction between registration and attendance.

Before using Contrast, we faced a recurring gap between the number of people who registered for our webinars and those who actually joined live. Users would forget to add the event to their calendars, lose the access link, or encounter unnecessary complexity when trying to connect. This resulted in lower attendance rates and a frustrating experience for both our audience and our team.

By removing these points of friction, Contrast has significantly improved the entire webinar journey. Registration is simple, calendar integration is automatic and reliable, and joining a live session is seamless. As a result, we’ve seen higher attendance rates, fewer last-minute issues, and a much smoother experience for users.

Beyond access, Contrast also solves the challenge of engagement and measurement. The built-in studio features allow us to incorporate polls, CTAs, and interactive elements that turn webinars into structured, branded experiences rather than passive presentations. At the same time, the native integration with HubSpot allows us to track user behavior end to end, giving us clear visibility into registrations, attendance, engagement, and post-event actions.

Overall, Contrast has helped us turn webinars into a high-quality, scalable, and measurable channel that supports both our marketing and educational goals.

 ### 21. Professional Webinar Hosting with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

We've been enjoying using Contrast for hosting webinars and events because it allows for much more professional output. The branding capabilities and the ability to upload videos and slides for presenting are fantastic, and the community is loving it already. The ability to send out replay links without having to wait for recordings to finish processing is a huge plus. I also appreciate the analytics, especially since I can easily see new and returning users and see watch times at a glance — which allows us to iterate and improve on the structure of our events. Customer service is another aspect that I really like, Max has been super helpful. Being a design company, aesthetics are king, and Contrast was easy and intuitive to set up, making everything look professional quickly. The professional and scalable nature of Contrast also made it the right choice over our previous tool, Google Meets.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I wish there was a way to toggle on/off chat during the webinar and auto-filter Q&A for spam or irrelevant topics. I would also like a way for people to subscribe to our channel so they are notified when a new event is listed.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast provides a professional output, engagement features, and scalability for hosting larger groups. It supports branding, uploading videos/slides, and timely access to recordings, which enhances our webinars. The analytics are vital for tracking user engagement and performance.

 ### 22. Effortless webinar setup, smooth HubSpot Integration and great live experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

It’s super easy to set up webinars, whether they’re live or pre-recorded. I also love the integration with HubSpot—it’s very smooth to generate lists in HS from Contrast, for example based on registrants or replay viewers. On top of that, it has a very professional look and feel. I really like the email reminder and follow-up functionality as well.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

The only improvement I can think of is being able to push answers from the Q&A directly into the chat. I’m confident this will be addressed soon.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes the stress out of hosting live events online as you can trust that everything will work and run smoothly. Also a huge benefit with the integration with HubSpot makes everything way easier when it comes to tracking and attribution.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

 ### 25. Feels modern, works great, and hits that "wow" factor.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel C. | Content Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Contrast is incredibly user-friendly and feels really modern and sophisticated compared to other legacy webinar platforms. Everyone who touches one of our webinars is impressed with the UI and design elements, which creates that consistent "wow" factor for our audience and elevates the quality of our content without us doing anything extra. It also integrates very seamlessly with Hubspot, Zapier, and a ton of other stuff. It works fast and reliably, and makes my job as a content marketer easier. I couldn't be happier with it. Every webinar is a joy to run.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

The only downside I can even list is that a few settings or features that are included on other webinar platforms may currently be missing. However, it's always very minor or value-added stuff that I haven't missed. Contrast, as a relatively young platform, is still adding features as it grows. I love being part of that evolution and watching as the platform regularly adds new quality-of-life updates.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest issue for us was getting a solid webinar platform that integrates with Hubspot for a reasonable price point. Contrast achieved that for us, and I'm very happy with the cost and ROI for everything we get. Contrast also gives our viewers a premium quality webinar experience. So all in all, I feel like I'm getting a great deal.

 ### 26. Intuitive Experience with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really like the back end experience as an admin. It's super easy and allows me to play around with and test different things. The studio is handy for practicing before going live, which makes organizing things so easy. Everything, from speakers to polls and checking on registrations, is easily accessible and managed between our team. I also appreciate the visual experience from an attendee perspective - it's engaging, nice and bright, and feels very modern, giving us that level up, especially for new audiences. The ease of toggling between views and the less clunky experience compared to previous platforms keeps the audience engaged. The platform's automatic recording features mean no one misses anything, which is great. I also value the ability to create snippets from videos easily, which is perfect for making social media teasers. The integration with HubSpot makes it easy to keep track of registrants, and with Zapier for LinkedIn promotions, registration is straightforward for attendees, and managing information is a breeze on our end.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike so far

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast simplifies integrating registration forms into our website and LinkedIn, streamlining one-click registration and auto-sending invites, easing participant management. It helps keep our events sleek and competitive, while automating the process to vet registrants.

 ### 27. Ease of Use and Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I use Contrast daily to host webinars. I appreciate its ability to quickly disseminate information and onboard new clients and prospects. I particularly like the ease of setup and use of Contrast; the user interface is clear and concise, and the suggested cuts for shorts are relevant. The initial setup of Contrast was quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I would like more interactivity with the live audience.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Contrast allows for quick dissemination of information and onboarding of new clients and prospects.

 ### 28. Intuitive and Seamless Webinar Hosting with HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

How intuitive it is to use. With other tools, there was a lot of manual work on getting them to work and track anything in HubSpot. It's also intuitive for the speaker experience, making everything super easy to use. It feels like a software that was made for HubSpot which is a big deal for us.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Tthe only thing that is a little annoying is that you can only remove the branding on the enterprise plans. And the branding can be a little aggressive on the registration pages. But that's not a huge problem.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Contrast super easy and intuitive for hosting webinars. It connects well with HubSpot, easing tracking and reducing manual work. Plus, it's important for webinar software to be easy to use for both hosts and speakers. It's definitely solved that.

 ### 29. Webinars: reliable automation throughout the entire chain, from promotion to replay exploitation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathilde B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

The "studio" of Contrast is very well designed with a backstage that allows communication between participants and managing various interactions such as screen sharing, slideshows, videos, polls, CTAs, and a chat that allows setting aside questions to address later. The recording of the webinar is really facilitated, allowing focus on the content. The features of Contrast, especially the Repurpose part, are well thought out and allow me to reuse the replay by creating plenty of content to share on social networks. The support is very responsive in answering my questions, and I had a complete demo in pre-sales, which really helped me.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I would like there to be play/pause controls on the video stream during the live (but I'm told it's coming soon)

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast automates the management of registrations, the promotion of the webinar, and analytics. It facilitates the creation of various content from replays, saving time. Contrast is more efficient and user-friendly than Livestorm, with features and small details better suited to current uses.

 ### 30. Effortless Webinar Management with Contrast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Friederike S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really appreciate how super easy it is to use Contrast for hosting webinars. It makes inviting attendees and managing the webinar environment a breeze. I like that it's self-explanatory and the customization options let me tailor it to my preferences effortlessly. Setting up was also super easy, taking just minutes. Plus, we get to use the AI features for post-webinar content, which helps in creating short videos. Overall, everyone is super happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

-

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Contrast makes it super easy to invite attendees and manage the webinar in a nice environment. It's self-explanatory and customizable, used for attendee lists, event follow-ups, and post-webinar short videos.

 ### 31. Easy to Use, Seamless Widgets, and Excellent Back-Office Stats

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanguy B. | Co-fondateur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Contrast is very easy to use and makes it simple to share content with participants. All the available widgets work seamlessly (call to action, poll, etc.), and the statistics section in the back office is excellent: viewing time, list of participants, etc.

I recommend it

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I don’t have any negative feedback about Contrast. It’s handy. If I had to mention one tiny detail, it would be the ability to view open rates for webinar reminder emails, for example, and to set up multiple-choice surveys, but that’s just a minor point.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registering for and streaming an online webinar

 ### 32. Reliable and easy-to-use webinar platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

We've been using Contrast for our webinars for one year and a half, and what we like best is how smooth and easy the platform is to use. Everything works seamlessly, from setup to hosting webinars. We also appreciate the responsiveness of the support team whenever we need help.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

We haven't encountered any major issues so far. The platform meets our needs well, and the team is continuously improving the product.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast makes it easy for us to run webinars smoothly and efficiently. Whenever we encounter an issue or have a specific need, their team is very responsive and helps us resolve it quickly. This gives us confidence in the platform and allows us to focus on delivering great webinars rather than dealing with technical challenges.

 ### 33. Effortlessly scaled my webinar program with an intuitive UI/UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really like how the UI and user experience of Contrast is very clean and easy to use. I can quickly scale the webinar program and easily get a lot of registrants and attendees without worrying about overloading the platform or running into technical issues during the stream (the most important piece). The hosting experience itself is really easy to manage, allowing me to train speakers to present seamlessly. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and I was able to get started with setting up my first webinar in less than a day (e.g., set up registration page and automated email sequences), which is really good for my standards. The web-based platform is feature-rich, allowing me to float up important CTAs, or ask questions via polls. I like the different formats where I can show speakers on-screen (e.g., "Brady Bunch" style, or one/multiple presenters with screen-share). In the live chat, there's a lot of ways that attendees can engage with each other and express themselves, like reacting via emoji or hosts being able to reply directly to a comment. Ultimately, Contrast feels like a webinar platform built for the modern era, especially compared to some platforms I used in the past. From a technical standpoint, it feels very stable, especially for events with 100+ attendees. The analytics features of Contrast is quite rich and I can easily assess and export data to compile for our sellers. The Contrast team has been very helpful and very quick to get our team onto the right plan to scale our webinar program, which has been very much appreciated!

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

There's some specific features I think would be really helpful to have with Contrast. These are by no means dealbreakers, but nice-to-haves and I've built workarounds in the meantime. I think it's missing a Q&A box feature for individuals to anonymously submit their questions. The live chat is really nice, but I want to have other options for attendees interacting with our live content. Additionally, and perhaps more critically, I think there should be a built-in survey tool so I don't have to bounce attendees out of the platform after the webinar ends so I can get their input. Because that attendee feedback is critical to me — I point attendees to an external survey after the webinar ends. But I'd rather point attendees directly to our website instead. Small point of product feedback; I like "featuring" a question that is being asked and answered during the stream, but after the full-screen overlay turns into the lower-thirds — the question gets cut off with ellipses, so you can't really see the question anymore unless you were paying attention for the first 5 seconds when the question appears on the screen. Also, on the Enterprise plan — the full HQ recordings of the speaker webcams feature is very, very nice to have — but as much as I tell speakers to keep the window open after the webinar ends to complete the recording upload, I don't have any more control to ensure that the full HQ recordings actually gets uploaded. I've lost some HQ content from speakers who allegedly closed the webinar platform after the event has ended — and my video editor has to cut down the webinar using the regular full-length recording. The AI features are nice, but I think the LLM can use a bit of work — for example, it's a bit hard to get exact timecodes from Contrast so I can edit down the video (e.g., for a social media cutdown). I think there's more usage out of the AI features that I can get if I further poke around, but it's a bit finicky, at least today. The executive summary piece has been the most helpful so far. Lastly, I wish the exported transcript had timecodes (e.g., SRT or VTT file) instead of just the raw text transcription. I have to use another tool to get my timecodes.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contrast as an all-in-one platform to produce webinars with presenters across the globe, and easily accrue leads to drive to our CRM and sales team. It's easy to use, and the automatic email sequencing helps remind attendees of upcoming events and send recording links directly.

 ### 34. Easy-to-Navigate UI with Great Live and Pre-Recorded Webinar Hosting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

The UI is very easy to navigate, and the ability to host a live or pre-recorded webinar is great.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I wish there was a calendar feature where we could see all of our events mapped out for the year.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast makes it easy to launch live and pre-recorded webinars (including registration pages, email reminders, and pulling clips post webinar). As a marketer, it's nice to have all of this covered through one platform.

 ### 35. Effortlessly Engages Webinars with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dale D. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really like that Contrast makes webinars easy to hold and manage. The engagement features are great because they get the audience more involved and improve retention rates, leading to more people watching until the end. The communication side of things is also impressive, with an email notification system for registration that reminds attendees and sends them a link to the event, as well as emails that send recordings automatically after the event. I appreciate the engagement tools like emojis, polls, and on-screen comments, which keep people engaged through long webinars. The email notifications are beneficial as they come from Contrast and not from our agency’s email, preventing attendees from feeling overwhelmed by emails from us. I also find the integration with HubSpot fantastic, making it easier to track engagement with our content and aiding in pipeline management. Contrast offers better engagement tool sets and analytics compared to other products like StreamYard. The setup was straightforward and not difficult to use at all.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I'd like to see more options to connect to other platforms simultaneously. I would like to be able to connect to LinkedIn, Facebook, and perhaps some other places similar to StreamYard. I wish it had that kind of functionality. I would love to have a better system for local recordings, making it easier to see how much has been uploaded and so on.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast makes webinars easy to manage, boosting audience engagement with features like emojis and polls. It improves retention and communication with email notifications, keeping attendees informed without overwhelming them with emails from our team.

 ### 36. Streamlined Webinar Hosting with Contrast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arne V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I appreciate Contrast for its user-friendly tool that makes setting up webinars easy and automates a lot of manual work we used to have. I really like the 'Studio' feature where I can record webinars immediately in a nice design that fits our branding. This feature is a big improvement for us because previously we had to edit videos in programs like Premiere Pro, which was a lot of work. Now, we can record a webinar and it's immediately ready to use. The connection with Hubspot is decent, and the transcription and AI features are nice to have. The initial setup was very easy and took us about an hour to get everything up and running.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

When you record a webinar, you still have to download it separately to upload it to an on-demand webinar. This flow could be improved. In the beginning, we have also experienced some bugs during webinar recordings, so I feel like the tool is still in a lot of development.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contrast for a decent connection with HubSpot and setting up webinars easily. It automates manual tasks, offers a 'Studio' for instant recordings, and saves us from editing in Premiere Pro. It also has transcripting and AI features that are a nice addition.

 ### 38. Rich Features but Limitations on Recurring Webinars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurore A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really appreciate that Contrast is very easy to use and offers a variety of features that meet our needs, such as uploading a recording made a few hours earlier. The tool also allows managing displays and asking questions during the webinar, which energizes the sessions and directs discussions more precisely on certain aspects during our product demos. The initial setup of Contrast is quite simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

I would like to be able to have a daily recurring webinar. And that is not possible as of now.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contrast to energize webinars, asking precise questions and sequencing messages, making the demos more engaging.

 ### 39. Amazing Experience - Eager to See Them Grow!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becca B. | Revenue Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

We love that Contrast has added the cancellation email feature! We were also able to get the exports properly formatted. And we found the clips feature too :) This has helped solve the few pain points we originally had.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

The Contrast team is always super quick to jump in and help with questions and address feedback. I do not have any other feedback for improvement at this time!

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast helps us create a seamless, engaging webinar experience without needing multiple tools or complicated setups. It gives us a polished, professional interface for attendees and makes it easy to incorporate branding, interactive elements like polls and CTAs, and live engagement features like chat reactions—all in one platform.

The HubSpot integration is a huge time-saver, allowing us to automate attendee communication before and after each session, and the built-in analytics give us quick insight into audience behavior and participation. Even though we’d love to see expanded analytics and more accessible exports, the existing data helps us track performance and improve future webinars.

 ### 40. Seamless HubSpot Integration, Powerful AI Marketing, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

Fully integrated with HubSpot, great AI capabilities to run marketing campaigns, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer support

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

It's a small detail, but I would like to be able to drag and drop the order of the speakers.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a webinar software that we couldn’t find on the market at the time - something with the potential to become a market leader in this space. After three years with Contrast, I can definitely say that this goal has been achieved.

 ### 41. Simple to use and complete for managing my webinars from A to Z

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

The tool is easy to use and covers the entire chain for my use in webinars (sending emails beforehand, sending emails afterward, satisfaction form...). Access to the video replays is also very appreciable.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Given my usage, I have not yet encountered any limits to the product.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular webinar solution. It's beneficial for customer acquisition and retention. For now, the ROI is good because I am on a free plan. I will need to identify after a few months if it actually helps to fill my sales pipeline.

 ### 42. Webinar Organization Simplified, But little bit pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Honza N.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really appreciate how simple Contrast is. I can create a single event, and people can start registering for it automatically. The system handles email communication, sends calendar invitations, and keeps everything together in one place. It's great that the moderator has their own dedicated link and doesn’t have to deal with any setup. My colleagues are already used to Contrast and the whole ecosystem. Also, the initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

We don't use HubSpot so we are not able to take advantage of that integration. The tool is also quite expensive and we purchase subscriptions irregularly rather than on an ongoing basis.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast organizes webinars efficiently, integrating CRM for participant data management. It simplifies event creation and registration, automates emails, and is easy for my team to use. It overcame limitations of MS Teams and Google Meet like poor recording and visuals.

 ### 43. Seamless Video Integration and Ease of Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Director of Growth and Demand Generation, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I really like that Contrast generally just works; it's the ultimate compliment. The video and audio quality are consistently good, which is important for our brand's. We also like the nice features that enhance the Q&A experience. Plus, setting it up was dead simple.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Generally, we wanna have more customization around how we present our landing page. But for us, that's just a matter of actually spending the time and effort to use the Contrast APIs to do it ourselves. Which we'll likely do soon.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Contrast for easily creating landing pages, reliable video recording, and exporting to promote on YouTube.

 ### 44. Effortless Webinar Management and Audience Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahin S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

I love how easy Contrast is to use! Even a junior business developer on our team can handle the entire setup without any technical support, which is super easy. I value the platform's features, especially the ability to create high-quality, mobile-friendly landing pages to promote webinars and capture leads easily. The landing page experience, in particular, was the first thing that impressed me. I find that I can track attendee behavior effortlessly and use recorded sessions again to generate new leads, simplifying and improving our lead-generation and audience-engagement workflow. Plus, the webinar registration flow is much more seamless for end users compared to what we used before, really helping with lead collection.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Currently, webinars are created and managed separately, so users must register for each webinar individually. For the webinar series, it would be good to offer an option that lets users register once and be automatically enrolled in all upcoming sessions.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Contrast simplifies webinar creation and data collection, streamlining our lead generation with intuitive landing pages. We can track attendee behavior and reuse sessions for leads, which was not seamless with Streamyard.

 ### 45. A marketer’s dream for webinar setup and engagement tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma K. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

What I like best about Contrast is how intuitive and efficient it is to use. Setting up webinars is quick and seamless, and the ability to easily brand landing pages makes everything look polished and professional. The analytics are incredibly insightful - being able to see exactly when viewers were most engaged helps us improve future content. I also really value the clear breakdown of registration sources and the smart content suggestions for social media and blogs. It’s a well-rounded platform that genuinely supports marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

There’s nothing in particular I dislike about Contrast. We’ve only ever had one minor issue, and the support team were incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it. As a newer platform compared to some others, it’s been great to see how regularly they add new features and functionality - it’s clearly evolving in the right direction.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contrast helps us streamline the entire webinar process - from setup and branding to audience engagement and post-event analysis. It solves the challenge of tracking where registrations come from, which is crucial for understanding the effectiveness of our marketing channels. The engagement analytics give us clear insights into what content resonates most with our audience, helping us continuously improve. Plus, the content suggestions for social media and blogs save us time and help extend the impact of each webinar. Overall, it’s made our webinar strategy more efficient and data-driven.

 ### 46. A clear upgrade from Livestorm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara A. | Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Contrast?**

The Contrast team is a delight to work with.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Nothing comes to mind. I had to go digging once for a bit of documentation but the support team was quick to help out.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Contrast to host live panels and to capture recorded content during those panels to share snippets on social. We decided to move from Livestorm to Contrast, and it has proven to be a strong choice. The platform is designed with clarity in mind. The interface is intuitive, which meant there was virtually no onboarding curve for our team. Streaming has been reliable with no audio or video issues. It is always obvious whether we are live or backstage, and the separation between speaker chat and audience chat avoids confusion.

Administrative controls are straightforward. Links for viewers, panelists, and admins are easy to generate and share, which streamlines setup for each event. These details matter when you are running events at scale. We were able to quickly integrate Contrast to our own applications using the API and webhooks.

From a vendor perspective, the Contrast team has been excellent. They are responsive, engaged, and easy to work with. That level of support gives me confidence that the product will continue to meet our needs. Contrast has delivered both on usability and reliability, which makes it a clear upgrade over our previous solution.

We’ve absolutely loved everything about Contrast so far. The product is modern, intuitive, and a joy to use. The knowledge base documentation has been clear and comprehensive, and on the few occasions I’ve reached out to support, the service has been nothing short of outstanding.
Also, the Hubspot integration was very quick and easy to set up.

Our entire team loves using Contrast, and I strongly recommend it to anyone needing to host webinars. We’re so glad we chose Contrast over Zoom and the other tools we were considering - it’s been the perfect fit for us.

**What do you dislike about Contrast?**

Some very very minor things - for example, not being able to upload a custom speaker background (we had some speakers who were not Mac users). But I believe they were working on developing this.

**What problems is Contrast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to host webinars in a very easy and straightforward way using Contrast. It captures the registrants info and passes it to Hubspot for our sales team to reach out to.
