What I like best about Contrast is how intuitive and efficient it is to use. Setting up webinars is quick and seamless, and the ability to easily brand landing pages makes everything look polished and professional. There’s nothing in particular I dislike about Contrast. We’ve only ever had one minor issue, and the support team were incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it. We’ve absolutely loved everything about Contrast so far. The product is modern, intuitive, and a joy to use. The knowledge base documentation has been clear and comprehensive, and on the few occasions I’ve reached out to support, the service has been nothing short of outstanding.

I really appreciate how Contrast centralizes all our webinars in one place, which greatly aids in organizing and managing them efficiently. The integration with HubSpot CRM system is incredibly smooth, saving us from a lot of manual work and improving our workflow. Contrast is so intuitive, I love the UI. From creating events, building branded registration pages, to tracking registrations, it's just fast and simple. The tool makes our post‑event promotion a breeze, thanks to the AI feature. I like the fact that we can generate social clips in seconds, all while adding our branding on every asset. Our guests consistently praise the studio view for being clear and easy to navigate. Live features like on‑screen polls, audience Q&A, and CTA banner work great. Last but not least, the team at Contrast is friendly, and always available for a chat if needed. After testing two other tools before, I am not going back to other webinar tools. There's nothing I dislike. I'm just hoping the Product team will improve one very minor element in the future: it would be great, directly from the dashboard, to be able to filter registrants by UTM Medium (currently, it's only possibly to filter by UTM Source). I’ve had a great experience with Contrast so far. The communication with the team has been excellent, and the learning hub is impressive. The platform is super easy to use, looks great, and I especially enjoy tracking where registrations come from via UTM links - a dream for anyone who likes to keep everything under control. Editing of videos & transforming them into clips is also great feature.

Support has been immediate and very clear in their answers.

I really appreciate the seamlessness of hosting webinars with Contrast, making it easy to conduct both live and pre-recorded sessions, which we couldn't do before. The onboarding process was excellent, with very helpful team members assisting us, making the setup really easy. I find the backstage function invaluable, allowing easy management of speakers during the webinars. The AI clipping feature is brilliant, helping generate additional content for use on organic social channels, which has shown good traction. I've had some issues with reliability as some webinars got cut off in the middle, although this seems to be fixed now. Also, the pricing structure is a bit hard to handle because it limits participants per month versus per event, which means you have to predict how many users you're expecting.
