I like that I can see fax history from years ago with eFax Online Fax Service. This feature is great for keeping records in case I ever lose the physical copy. Lately I have to download what I'm going to fax then print to pdf in grayscale in order to be able to send. I also can only send one page at a time or the fax will be unsuccessful. There needs to be an eFax Messenger download for macOS. It does need to have an option to scan a document directly from scanner into eFax. I've been using eFax since about 1991. I like eFax Online Fax Service for its speed and accuracy, along with its availability. The user-friendly inbox makes it easy to see everything in one spot, which is perfect for our needs at a small law firm. I also love that I can fax directly from my email, specifically from Outlook, which adds a lot of convenience for outgoing faxes. I like knowing I can log in and see copies of any faxes I have sent and received without having to keep any paper records. It cuts down on the time I have to take to save faxes in a separate place. A few months ago, there was a change in how faxes are viewed. You used to be able to open up the fax directly and it was viewable, but now you have to click a link to view it. Almost everyone has gone to email for moving documents around. But, for the occasional need for a fax machine, Efax is perfect. It's easy, fast and reliable and the rates are great! Plus the ability to login on the go and fax is a great advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that Efax doesn't do (or at least I don't know how to make it do), is give me a fax confirmation. I realize it can't do that immediately in most cases because it takes a little while for most jobs to be completed.
