I like that it’s easy to route forms and information to where they need to go. At my organization, we appreciate being able to use different user emails, which helps us differentiate who sent what and who is receiving what. What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service? I dislike the fax preview feature. Because the preview is typically just a generic confidential cover page, I still have to open every single fax and then mark it as unread if it doesn’t pertain to me. I also dislike that I can’t download fax confirmations to add to employee files as proof/documentation for critical items. As far as performance goes, the main issue for me is the bugginess when viewing faxes. I find eFax Online Fax Service fast, which is really convenient. It saves me from needing a printer to send faxes and provides receipts confirming that the fax was received. Additionally, it creates an online database on my computer and iPhone of sent and received faxes, which is very useful. I also like that I can fax tax-related emails to eFax for doing taxes later. It does need to have an option to scan a document directly from scanner into eFax. I've been using eFax since about 1991.
