This is a pretty straightforward tool, BUT if an issue ever comes up their support team is quick and helpful in their response - one time they even hopped on a Zoom with me to help fix the issue. They are GREAT Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CONQUER?

I was astounded at how compassionate the customer service staff is and how quickly they were able to resolve my issue. I spoke with Alexis Lynn about an issue I was having with a predatory prospect. Alexis spoke with me, making me feel safe and reassured, and was able to have the number blocked near immediately.

What do you like best about CONQUER?

I like how I can just connect my phone to dialsource and quickly and easily make phone calls through the computer system. It makes it simple to dial quickly and efficiently as well as keep track of everything. Working in sales, it is important for me to be able to automate as many tasks as possible in order to do my job quickly and efficiently. DialSource helps with this by automating the dialing process as well as providing me with the ability to make notes on all my calls. This information seamlessly integrates into SalesForce which is perfect and allow me to keep track of everything when I go back and look at it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

If you open up a bunch of tabs, sometimes the dialer is slow or glitchy and won't let you dial out. As well, after time some of the pages freeze and require another login which may screw up tabs you are going through. I also had an issue once where my dialer had disappeared from the side of the SalesForce account for an unknown reason. Those were really the only snags I've ever had with the product. At some point, I'd like to see more options to choose from after a call to make notes. For example, call back, left contact information with gatekeeper, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
