**What do you like best about CONQUER?**

The time DialSource helps save when going through a call campaign. The ability to have pre-recorded voicemails speeds up the process of calling a list. Plus the feature of emails to send with those voicemails takes away extra steps. All of these not only make the calling process faster but also reduces the workload on staff. This gives them more time to focus on prospecting or other projects.

The note taking after a call is also very helpful in streamlining and staying organized. Notes taking when submitting a disposition are included with the activity on a Salesforce opportunity. This makes it easy to view all notes take for a specific contact.

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

Sometimes there can be a delay when having a conversation. When this issues occur it either corrects itself or a quick response from the support team helps solver the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering CONQUER:**

If you are in need of a platform make your sales team more efficient consider DialSource the best option. Our staff has being using the platform for several years now and are very satisfied with the performance.

**What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DialSource gives our staff a much more efficient way to make outbound calls. The integration with Salesforce for call campaigns helps us get through a list quickly.

Also the dashboards that can be viewed on Salesforce are very helpful. We use them to see daily call numbers or check on staff progress through a call campaign.

I like that I am able to easily link my calls and log notes of what happened for each call.

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

A lot of times there are issues when I go to merge calls. Calls will get dropped and then I can't get the client on the phone again, which is stressful.

**What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to link calls and take notes helps me remember what happened during the call when I can't find my papers. One benefit is being able to go back and listen to my call. This helps me catch missed details.

It's easy to set up and start calling.  Auto-dialing keeps the flow going for me.

I can't think of anything.  Customer service is great when there are issues, but there are not many issues.

It's better than the other options out there.

Our users don't look for their calls anymore.  They are all set up and ready to go.  There is continuity across the team with call outcome - no more trying to figure out what process a person is trying to follow.

every once in a while it would glitch and not let me answer an incoming call or make an outbound call.  Sometimes the dialer would disappear altogether.  Service often took a long time to resolve these issues as well.

more support specialists to assist with technical issues at a more timely pace, and improving upon the ability to join multiple calls

**What do you like best about CONQUER?**

I love how fast the system starts up and when I am using it never really lags so it helps me get all my calls done promptly and efficiently. When I am making calls I can hear the person on the other end very well and they never seem to have a problem hearing me on my end. I really think your customer service team is very helpful when it comes to solving our issues in a timely manner and that really helps us complete our job.


**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

Sometimes when I go to make a call the dialsorce button just keeps spinning and then I have to refresh my page and then it dispositions my call and I have to put that I LVM or connected and then I have to call them again. Other times the system will not connect to my headset and I end up restarting my computer and it usually fixes my issues. 

**What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a prompt service and if there is ever an issue your customer service team usually takes care of it very quickly. When it is not working properly and I just refresh my screen then it usually catches a connection and starts working then. I do think Dialsorce is a better phone system than any I have used in the past and it is very easy to learn and navigate on your own.

It works great and the customer support is there. If you're in sales, you need it. Super helpful in Automating in-system tasks and provides reminders and details for manual tasks for sales team members to complete.

Quick and easy to use. When clients call on inbound,  it does not drop calls. Working in sales, that is mandatory. Choice on the number of channels for music also helps.

DialSource offers immediate support which is great for our reps. We love that we are able to track and report off talk times and call dispositions.

Nothing at the moment, now that we've switched over to the unified interface we are receiving much more from integration.

We currently are not experiencing any problems with dialsource. The benefits that we found is that it has greatly increased productivity and efficiency in our reps while also increasing buy-in to CRM.

That we have the ability to choose the different types of music we want to listen to while using the dialer. This option definitely helps with the monotony of calling prospects

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

When  we are using denali in salesforce lightning we cannot access a subsequent tab to look at dashboards while also calling through the lists. Dashboards will load but when the call gets dispositioned then the new lead will take over the dashboard view/tab.

This is my first time using DialSource and I was beyond impressed with their level of service - I submitted a ticket and received a resolution all within the same day (literally everything was fixed in less than an hour). Based on my experience with other companies and their sub-par service levels, this was not my expectation!

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

I called in initially, and had to leave a voicemail. From there, I connected via chat and issue was resolved quickly. Perhaps including additional details before the user leaves a voicemail re: expected turnaround time.

The customer support on a personal level. As an employee of a 16000 employee company, I have access to reach out to dial source and work directly with their team. 

When I submit a request to fix and issue, Dialsource is reaching out to me directly within 2 minutes to see what they can do to help solve any issues. When and if an irregular issue does occur, It doesn't persist for longer than maybe 5 minutes, due to the speedy response  of DialSource

Have the pop out dialer panel not work from time to time.

How to work faster and more efficent. Its eaiser to compelte my job when the software I uses is running at 100%. DialSource helps to keep me working at 100%

**What do you like best about CONQUER?**

Personally, I like how it can help you keep track of your schedule and who you need to call. It also allows you to take meticulous notes that can be used in future conversations all in one easy to use service. It also simplifies my day and allows me to set reasonably achievable goals based on the data provided by the software. 10 out of 10 would recommend and already have recommended.

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

It is extremely buggy and slow at times. Does not always work as it should. Other than that, I have no complaints. This software is a very useful and efficient way to make outbound calls and keep diligent notes.

**Recommendations to others considering CONQUER:**

Just be patient. It takes a little time to learn, but once you understand the product. it is an easy to use and efficient product. In fact, I have already recommended it to several other small businesses in the area. Also, I would recommend becoming familiar with all of the staff that works with DialSource. Every time I have had an issue, it was fixed promptly, and with care.

DialSource allows me to have all of the information needed for each call in one convenient location. It has helped me keep organized a working efficiently. With all of the different tools that DialSource provides, it has helped me be able to worry less about keeping organized and taking and applying more focus to actually selling and being productive.

We have used DialSource at South Carolina to engage with fans for over 3 years and it has become a vital part of our business operations.  It allows us to connect with more fans in a shorter period of time.  That extra time we then can devote towards other items like group theme days and personal thank you notes.

Only thing we would like them to improve is to have more sequencing of the calls and to add a texting feature.

I love the campaigns feature. It saves a lot of time and allows me to reach out to more people in less time. I also really enjoy the music stations in between calls. It's a nice touch.

I don't think there is anything I really dislike about it! I've had a few minor issues but they were quickly resolved by the DialSource team.

Having the dialer connect through my mobile phone so I don't have to use my personal # to call prospects.  I also like the music feature between calls.  IT support has been great any time that there has been an issue.

I have been using Dialsource for over a year and really can't find anything that I dislike about the product.

Interface is easy to use and overall doesn't let you down, dialsource interfaces with Salesforce and allows you to track calls for stats easily.

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

Sometimes calls aren't transferred properly or we have to investigate who dropped the call. Sometimes you try to answer the call and can't, and not sure if that's a salesforce, or computer, or dialsource issue.

I'm able to make calls from anywhere using my work phone number. Easy to use voicemail.

It disconnects me if no activity for 20 minutes?  Why.  I am not stopping answereing my phone so why log me off?

right now because it is new it is creating more work but I think that will change as I get more familiar with the app and functions.

Dial Source has help to increase my day-to-day productivity. Tasks that use to take me an hour, now take 30 minutes. I can always rely on DialSource to not only help me complete a task, but also keep me organized.

I would not say there is a downside to using DialSource.

Give it a try! It is definitely worth implementing into day-to-day operations.

I like the fact that i can get an issue resolved quickly and efficiently. The support team at Dialsource is always so helpful.

I dislike not being able to connect to dialsource. That is always a bummer but it doesn't happen very often so that is good!

I am solving the problem of having to dial manually vs click to dial. Dialsource also provides a great platform for dispositioning calls and making sure that we have thorough notes on every client and prospect.

Call automation. quick and easy record keeping, the ability to leave a voicemail, easy to setup and use campaigns.

**What do you dislike about CONQUER?**

Still have to open each account in our internal systems which slows down the process,setup of logic and voicemails can be confusing, we are not a stricly cold-calling property so we need to evaluate each lead closely which lessens the impact DS can have here. Does not integrate super well with how we have set up SF automation

**What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing and streamlining the PLOs we call on (renewals, past buyers, etc.), tracking sellers and making sure we are on tasks, eliminating wasted time leaving VMs, and freeing up time for sellers to prospect larger leads

Dialsource has made it easier for my staff to handle routine tasks and I have seen an immediate increase in their productivity.  They have great customer service and follow up with all service requests in a quick, timely fashion.

Sometimes there are issues with the platform slowing down my browser/computer.

Reduced time spent on busy tasks and manually entering notes.  This has reduced stress and made it easier to handle the day-to-day requirements of the job.

There's not a lot that I dislike.  Some of their features can be tough to work around in some instances (linking call recordings to an Opportunity, etc)

My inside sales team (Which functions a lot like a call center) are expoentially more efficient.  Between the pre-recorded VM drops and ease of use with campaign creation, its changed how we do things.

At times can be buggy. My reps will not be able to use the system at times. However, the issue usually is solved quickly.

It allows my team to make outbound calls more efficiently. We are able to generate as much as 100 outbound calls, while still handling our custom support obligations.

i like to be able see my notes easily when making calls so i can access customer information and sound like i really know the customer well.

Special features don't always work like ques are not working and it's more of a hassle to use it than look up individual accounts. Need more music features.

I dislike the constant inconsitency of the technology. Meaning the errors that periodically occur. Sometimes it does not ring and I have to refresh the computer. Sometimes it freezes my whole system. Sometimes it does not call out to other calls. Various different issues occur.

I realized it is very convienent and allows me to complete my job faster by not having to leave a voicemail everytime. The new layout of Dialsource is also easier to manage now.
