  ### 1. CONNX Empowers HR Tasks in One Central Place

**What do you like best about ConnX?**

CONNX gives me empowerment by being able to do a lot of HR related stuff in one place. I can see/view my timesheets, put in leave requests, see what leave I have, see what my schedule is like (projects and hours) for the next few weeks, etc. Basically it's a centralized location of core HR functions in one place. I generally access our CONNX once or twice per month. I can't rate customer support because I haven't had a need to call upon them.

**What do you dislike about ConnX?**

There isn't much that I'm can criticize. The interface feels a bit outdated - like there's been no thought to making it modern. OTher than that, it's great.

**What problems is ConnX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping me from writing HR all the time to see the status of leave requests, submitting leave requests, looking at my past pay slips, looking at and/or estimating my leave time, and so on.

**What do you like best about ConnX?**

I like how I can put in my nominated time off, submit, and watch the whole process from start to finish on who has approved what. It also shows me my time off. I use this once a week just to keep track of things.

**What do you dislike about ConnX?**

Although not the fault of CONNX, I wish it was incorporated in our time tracking system. As it stands, I have to enter my work hours in one system, and my leave/sick leave in CONNX.

**What problems is ConnX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CONNX helps me keep track of my leave requests, and overall leave time. I can log in any time to see it.

**What do you like best about ConnX?**

It's very cost-effective. It integrates well with other systems, and what it does do well, it really can do quite well. Payslips, annual leave, timesheets are all managed here quite well. It did fill a requiremnts gap for WHS incident reporting although that is likely to be suoersceeded soon. It is configured for mobile phones to allow access in the field and as an onpremise application this also allows people to access the system without the need for a VPN connection first. I'd will allow for Azure AD single sign on. It's a no frills HR software and will achieve most of your SMB requirments. Local support is always a plus if you are Australian based. There are extra modules that can be added on/taken off when required to allow it to grow with our business. they also offer hosting services for those companies that require it.

**What do you dislike about ConnX?**

Some of the core modules do not work very well. Its performance reviews and onboarding aren't great. It's very bland even with its latest update. It just looks basic. Its functionality is basic. Certainly not enterprise level. There are frequest issue such as timeouts which can lose unsaved work.

**What problems is ConnX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just the typical HR/payroll functions. We needed a system to interact with our fingerprint checkin/out system and also with our Sage micropay payroll system in order for our hourly paid workers to be paid. We use it currently for WHS incident reporting although that is limited in functionality. Annual leave requests/balances/reporting is the main use by most people.
