"Great ERP tool to boost your business"

What do you like best about Connected?

Easy to use, user friendly interface, easy installation. It becomes easy to import our all data from previous tool to this one. It is compatible with both Mac and PC. With Connected Enterprise configuration you can manage your inventories, core accounting, fraud and loss, order processings,etc. It is best for small and medium businesses to grow business with minimize costs and maximize margins. It helps to control on costs by monitoring all spendings. It is a multi user platform where you can manage all your departments like order management, accounting, customer support, sales from the same platform. It is a cloud based platform for which your database is safe from unknown attacks. It handles rush hours by simplify the order entry processes. What do you dislike about Connected?

What problems is Connected solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a logistics company we manage our inventory, distribution, audits, financial management with this software. It helped us to minimise our operation costs by automated processes. It can easily accept orders and provide quotes to customers according to their needs. It helps us in payment confirmations, ledgers, customer service, audits to prevent loss and fraud, job costs, purchasing, etc. Our all departments can be managed from same platform. What do you like best about Connected?

What I like about Connected is that if you want to export your files, you can export into an Excel file with all the information you want. Connected also features pretty good comprehensive importing routine without having to manually enter it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connected?

It's use of some button features like the history tab. I can't see exactly what I looked up, it just gives me a very general idea or history and not the specific. There are times where I want to go back to where I last was and can't, so then I have to try to remember and find the data. It also doesn't want to "cooperate" with some other softwares, which is a thumbs down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Connected:

Don't try to use it as an ERP/MRP system like how we did. If you're going to use it for accounting purposes only, then Connected is great!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connected solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solved a lot of accounting problems with our company. Currently we are also trying to use it as an "ERP/MRP" system even though it's not built for that.
