We would like to see the addition of a work queue feature to better support revenue cycle management tracking for in house billing. It would also be beneficial to have more integrated services within the system itself, reducing the need to rely on third-party platforms like Doctible or Weave. I have been using Compulink for 5 years. The customer support is prompt and very helpful. The implementation team was excellent when we installed Compulink 5 years ago. Compulink's no no-frill approach gets documentation done and encounter billed. Not to mention that I totally enjoy the remote access from my iPad, anywhere and anytime. eRx is easily to use.
