**What do you like best about Relatient?**

Relatient is a very pro-active, client centered oragnization. They are responsive to our needs and requests and will try theor best to accommodate, even if we can be unreasonable in our requests at times.

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

Hard to integrate but that's more a reflection of our piecemeal IT infrastructure than shortcomings on the Relatient side.

**What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to reduce no-show rates by increasing the number of patient contacts. We are also looking at partnering with Relatient to do rapid cycle analysis on reducing no shos.

**What do you like best about Relatient?**

We have been very pleased with Relatient. The customer service is outstanding.  It has allowed my staff to focus more on the patients needs and less on the worry of patients knowing about their appointment.  The survey call post appointment has boosted moral because staff see and hear the difference they are making in peoples lives. 

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

The dashboard could be a little more user friendly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Relatient:**

Get it! We were hesitate to use an "automated" reminder system but the feedback from staff and patients have been positive. It saves the staff time and allow them to do what they need vs staying on the phone.  Also, I am able to send out "memos" to the staff via demand content so everyone gets the memo even if they are at home because it's on the phone by text. 

**What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My staff can focus more on the patients and less on weather a patient knows about their appointment.

The ease of contacting our patients for a variety of different reasons; from appointment notifications to cancellation for weather and even if we have a provider sick and need to reschedule visits for the day. A customer service department that is easy to contact and work with if problems arise.

**What do you like best about Relatient?**

Their services just work. And, on the rare occasion that they do not, they are prompt to get the situation resolved for you.

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

Sometimes the Relatient services can be hindered by the software that they are connected to.  For instance our current EMR software is not very reliable so most, if not all, of our service issues were due to our EMR.

**What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have reminder calls, texts and emails going out without any effort from our staff.  We have the ability to send out communications to patients to inform them of closings and such without having to contact them manually.  We also gave patients the ability to pay their bills with MDpay via text or a link from our website.  They have really helped.

**What do you like best about Relatient?**

I like that there are different options in setting the reminders up the way we want.  Having the ability to reach patients/parents by multiple avenues of communication is a good way to make sure we are reaching them regarding their scheduled appointment.  I also like that we are able to see what time the reminder gets sent to the patient/parent as we have a no show/cancelation policy.

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

I wish we could customize texts more or be able to use more characters but understand the regulations behind it.  I wish that the system integrated more with EMA so that if a patient wants to reschedule we can remove the previous reminder messages in EMA and reschedule with no issues.  The current system does not allow you to edit that information which causes my staff to have to cancel the appointment and schedule a new one for the reminder status to be correct.

**Recommendations to others considering Relatient:**

It has been a great service to have at our practice.  We feel that it's easy to use and that our patients enjoy getting multiple reminder messages.  

**What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing multiple reminder messages we have noticed that our no show rate has gone down.  This helps to ensure we are seeing a maximum number of patients every day allowing more money to flow through our practice.

**What do you like best about Relatient?**

Relatient has helped alleviate the need for staff to take time to contact patients for appointment reminders.  It has helped reduce our number of no shows by reminding patients of upcoming appointments, even on day of with a text reminder.  

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

My only wish is that the text and email would come using our office number/email as the contact so patients would pay attention more often to it.  They tend to ignore the phone call and text message from a random number.

(I'm not sure which allscripts it is - it is our system used by our outside billing service)

We have really lowered our no show rate - probably at least covers the cost of the service.

Having multiple confirmation or cancelation options. Being able to quickly put together phone or text messages at any time to mass send to patients.

There have been a few occasions that file uploads did not happen as they were supposed to.

We are cutting down on our patients forgetting appointments. We are able to reach patients that want to reschedule sooner.

The ability to see our entire set up in the admin panel is very helpful and the fact that we can integrate into our EMR's workflow effortlessly is golden.

I would like a bit more granular self serve, so i could adjust timing and messaging without support.

We have updated our Covid policies that are sent out and use the billing function to a great improvement over paper statements.

At this current time, there is nothing that I dislike.

Relatient integrates into our Allscript platform, automatically pulls patient information, then sends out collateral to our patients. This has been a helpful product for retaining patients and providing them a good experience. We have seen an increase in returning patients to to this product.

There is nothing I dislike at this time.

Patient retention, bringing old patients back in for appointments.

Relatient has been a true partner in working with our practice.  We use their service for reminding patients about their appointments, but there is much more their service is capable of.

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

We have not encountered any problems with Relatient that we have not been able to resolve.  They are very willing to work with us and are flexible in the services they provide.

**Recommendations to others considering Relatient:**

I highly recommend Relatient.  Easy company to deal with.  Truly a "partner" with your business.

**What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminding patients about their appointments.  Doing outreach to patient to remind them to come in and get their annual flu shots and other preventative therapies.  Patient satisfaction surveys.

Patients receive an email, voicemail and text messages on our schedule. The reminder call reports are emailed daily and surveys emails weekly.

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

No downsides so far. We have been using them for almost a year. Interface with our EMR is seamless.

**Recommendations to others considering Relatient:**

We looked at several different companies and am so happy with our decision to use Relatient. They have met and actually exceeded every one of our expectations. We opted for the survey and have received 65  4 and 5 star Google reviews directly attributed to Relatient!

No problems. If I update a user or office locations, customer support is quick to respond and update quickly and efficiently.

The ease of patients being able to pay, online, from their phone, budget plan capabilities.

Not being able to do partial refunds, this is suppose to be in the works but is a challenge for.

Customer service is excellent, Set up was easy , our implementation specialist was knowledgeable and on point. One thing to consider is if relatient is your only avenue of accepting payment, what o do when the system goes down. It doesn't happen often.

**What problems is Relatient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving on the high cost of paper statements. Being able to collect on small balances that we would have not sent a statement out due to cost.

The ability to receive responses from our customers on whether they will confirm or cancel their upcoming appointment.  Relatient also ensures we are compliant with TCPA law by maintaining the number of times we text a patient in a week.

**What do you dislike about Relatient?**

The customer service response time hasn't been great at all.  It's not uncommon to put in a ticket and wait more than a week to receive confirmation that someone is reviewing it or a resolution is complete.

We have a decreased no-show rate and the ability to document who wants to cancel their appointment so we can refill those slots.

Waiting on the Marketing program to also integrate with the EMR Software we use.

I love the survey system and the communication between Relatient and EMA.

I feel like the website for subscribers is a little bulky.  I can never get my login to the portal to work.

We are able to see patients that confirm and cancel appointments based on their phone calls and refill those cancelled appointment times.
