What do you like best?

We have been very pleased with Relatient. The customer service is outstanding. It has allowed my staff to focus more on the patients needs and less on the worry of patients knowing about their appointment. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get it! We were hesitate to use an "automated" reminder system but the feedback from staff and patients have been positive. It saves the staff time and allow them to do what they need vs staying on the phone. Also, I am able to send out "memos" to the staff via demand content so everyone gets the memo even if they are at home because it's on the phone by text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Their services just work. And, on the rare occasion that they do not, they are prompt to get the situation resolved for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the Relatient services can be hindered by the software that they are connected to. For instance our current EMR software is not very reliable so most, if not all, of our service issues were due to our EMR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have reminder calls, texts and emails going out without any effort from our staff. We have the ability to send out communications to patients to inform them of closings and such without having to contact them manually. What do you like best?

I like that there are different options in setting the reminders up the way we want. Having the ability to reach patients/parents by multiple avenues of communication is a good way to make sure we are reaching them regarding their scheduled appointment. I also like that we are able to see what time the reminder gets sent to the patient/parent as we have a no show/cancelation policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish we could customize texts more or be able to use more characters but understand the regulations behind it. I wish that the system integrated more with EMA so that if a patient wants to reschedule we can remove the previous reminder messages in EMA and reschedule with no issues. The current system does not allow you to edit that information which causes my staff to have to cancel the appointment and schedule a new one for the reminder status to be correct. What do you like best?

Relatient has helped alleviate the need for staff to take time to contact patients for appointment reminders. It has helped reduce our number of no shows by reminding patients of upcoming appointments, even on day of with a text reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

My only wish is that the text and email would come using our office number/email as the contact so patients would pay attention more often to it. They tend to ignore the phone call and text message from a random number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Relatient integrates into our Allscript platform, automatically pulls patient information, then sends out collateral to our patients. This has been a helpful product for retaining patients and providing them a good experience. We have seen an increase in returning patients to to this product. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

The ability to receive responses from our customers on whether they will confirm or cancel their upcoming appointment. Relatient also ensures we are compliant with TCPA law by maintaining the number of times we text a patient in a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service response time hasn't been great at all. It's not uncommon to put in a ticket and wait more than a week to receive confirmation that someone is reviewing it or a resolution is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
