**What do you like best about Compaas?**

I really like the payroll functions, self-service features for staff, the implementation of training requirements, compliance, timesheet functions, and the ability to conduct performance reviews for staff.

**What do you dislike about Compaas?**

The cost is a little high, some of the recruitment functions are not as fluid as it should be, the payroll functions are not as thorough as QuickBooks.

**What problems is Compaas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It assists me with maintaining a level of organization when it comes to payroll, time and attendance functions, and the overall workflow is good.

It was user-friendly and approachable. We used it daily to manage our contacts and clients

It was very manual, and we had to input data that was reoccurring often

It helped us contain a safe place to store candidate information, and gave us insights on upcoming scheduled events, as well as candidate timeline
