**What do you like best about Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company?**

Colonial Life is hands down one of the easiest carriers to work with. The ease of implementation, integration and number of products available in every state is far above other carriers in the market.

**What do you dislike about Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company?**

Unfortunately having worked as a manager with Colonial Life for a long time I have to say the biggest downfall is the treatment of their salesforce. I have worked with other carriers and Corporate structures and Colonial's model is to reward new agents and mangers with higher compensation than the tenured ones. Failing to realize that those agents and managers are directly responsible for the longevity of their clientele and put in a lot more work to service them.

**What problems is Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Colonial Life helps to fill in the gaps that health insurance is leaving behind. They can provide needed financial relief when medical issues arise.

To file a claim and upload documents to their site.

**Recommendations to others considering Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company:**

The accident policy Is great and right off the bat you get $50 just for having any kind of preventative exam

**What problems is Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I also have the disability insurance and haven’t had to use it but do pay almost $70 a month for it.
